Google Fonts
Since this whole thing is web forward, can we just have the Google Font library available? Maybe as an opt-in thing you could toggle on or off in settings?

Search Feature for Features
If I am looking for a line break, or a feature and can't find it, then a Search Bar for features like those and where to find them would be nice.

Tab Groups
Adding the ability to have multiple documents open and being able to categorize them into different groups. I believe this would make OnlyOffice more organized and easy to navigate when working on bigger projects (e.g. academic research papers).

Open .XLT files
It seems that Excel 97-2003 templates (.XLT) are not supported, or at least they are not listed in the Open dialog on Windows

bug in the app
Hi , i set to open file in a new window as attched screenshot1.
then i open 1.xlsx file and open 2.docx file. so both open in own seprate windows but when i returned to 1.xlsx file , the editor not shows file contents as screenshot2 . (bug in the app)so i set it again to open in its own tab to avoid this issue.
i have fresh installed windows 11 , so no other app causing this issue
i hope this issue to be fixed in newer version.
also it will be nice to change letters…

Recovery system and problem with spreadsheet
Hello, I've been using the spreadsheet on ONLYOFFICE 9.2.0.100 (flatpak) with .ods files. Suddenly, while moving a sheet from a file to another, all sheets got corrupted (they went blank). I lost some (not really) important data, and couldn't recover it at all. I do not really know if ONLYOFFICE really supports .ods files or not. All this is just to say that maybe there should be a recovery system.
I don't really know where to post an issue, or where should I send the mail. So I post this here

Reorganize pages in the DOCX Documents Editor
J'écris un petit livre dans OnlyOffice (version Desktop). Seulement, je me suis trompé dans l'ordre des pages. J'aurais voulu pouvoir le faire directement depuis l'éditeur DOCX, au lieu d’exporter en PDF avant de le faire dans l'éditeur PDF.

i would like to have bigger / adjustable cursor in app
When I use it to read pdfs, the cursor becomes so small on the page that I couldn't see it clearly.

Better integrate spreadsheets and documents
Conceptually, I think that a table in a text document should be a spreadsheet and the content of a cell in a spreadsheet should be a text document. That way you don't need to switch back and forth between multiple applications if you want a single document but need a bit of the functionality of the other application in the suite.
That being said, I understand that you can't easily get the full thing integrated, so here is what I thing is really missing:I would like to be able to have a table in a test document behave like…

Embed fonts in presentations
Embedding fonts in a presentation in Linux is a must if you use beautiful fonts to differentiate your presentation from others.
It makes the document immediately portable which is lacking feature taking into account how good this product is. IDK if this feature is available in other platforms.2 votesClosed as Invalid due to no response.

tocol bug
Thankyou for your continued hardwork upkeeping this software. I have recently moved over for home use from the office suite. in spreadsheets, funct tocol cannot have the paramaters modified. Error message "you cannot change part of an array appears if you would like to change for example :

The problem with displaying italics for TTC fonts in Document Editors
When installing a font in the TTC format (for example, the Iosevka typeface) and then selecting the italic font in OnlyOffice Document Editors, Oblique Oblique font is used instead of the true Italic, which leads to a visual discrepancy with the expected style.

Create function in docs to configure what follows after hitting enter after a header
I would like to have the function that I can configure in the paragraph settings, what is the format if I hit enter after a header. That could be h2, h3, h4, dotted list, tasklist or even standard or normal. Also the line spacing after a header. I would like to add a video from the software Softmaker (Textmaker) to show the functionality but it is to large. I try it with a link to my cloud.
