  2. Enable Word-by-Word Selection Extension with Double-Click and Drag

    In many popular text editors (including Microsoft Word and LibreOffice), a user can initiate a word selection and then drag the mouse/touchpad to extend that selection one word at a time. This significantly improves the speed and accuracy of text selection compared to character-by-character dragging.

    Current Behavior:

    1. Double-click a word to select it (works correctly).

    2. While keeping the button pressed after the double-click, drag the selection.

    3. The selection extends character-by-character.

    Desired Behavior (Standard Behavior in Other Editors):

    1. Double-click a word to select it.

  4. Macro Support in OnlyOffice

    Hi team,

    I really like using OnlyOffice, but one feature I feel is missing is macro support. Right now, repetitive tasks have to be done manually, and there’s no way to automate workflows like we can in Microsoft Office (VBA) or LibreOffice (Basic, Python, etc.).

    It would be amazing if OnlyOffice allowed us to write and run macros—maybe in JavaScript or Python, with a built-in editor and a safe sandbox for execution. This would:

    Save time by automating routine tasks

    Allow more customization for different workflows

    Make OnlyOffice even more appealing for business and power users

  8. Reduce "Recent Files" pane padding in Modern theme

    With the introduction of the Modern theme, padding can be excessive on certain UI elements. Particularly in the "Recent Files" pane, the "File name" column is excessively narrow as a result of the excessive padding between "Location" and "Last Opened" column.
    Reducing the padding would give more space for the file names to be visible.

  9. Show "&" Correctly in Open Recent

    Correct Ampersands not showing correctly in File > Open Recent in spreadsheet (and perhaps elsewhere)

  10. Add support for Excel macros

    Add support for Excel macros. My sheets work with macros, but when I open them with OnlyOffice, the code to run the macro doesn't appear.
