Set default document layout for new documents
I'm using OnlyOffice on a TrueNas instance.
I want to propose being able to set the default layout for when a new document is created.
I found we can replace the new.docx file however this is extremely and overly cumbersome.
An example might be that a user will want every new document to be A4 size with narrow margins and a certain font without having to set it up each time they create a new document.

add a function to scan a document directly into a pdf, straight from the app
Currently, to create a pdf document from a paper document, you need to scan it into a picture using any relevant external application, and then use the OCR function to convert that picture into a pdf file.
I would very much like create a pdf from onlyoffice the same way I do it from Adobe Acrobat Pro until now: click on a "create from scanner" button, then confirm, and done!

Open PDF from Last Viewed Page
Right now, when I open a PDF, it always starts on the first page. It would be great if I had an option to have it remember the page I was on. For example, if I close the PDF on page 20, I'd like it to open straight to page 20 next time.

Spreadsheets - Adjust the height and width of all cells at once using the mouse, just like in Excel.
In Excel, when we select the entire table, we can adjust the height and width of all cells at once using the mouse... this is something that is sorely lacking in Onlyoffice.
Note: This is so that all cells have the same height or width at the same time.
I want to do this using the mouse without having to access the menu.

Tracked changes: add a preview mode that allows editing ("simple markup")
Please add a tracked changes view that shows the document as final text while still allowing editing.
At the moment, the preview views are useful for reading, but they block editing. If I notice an error while reviewing a document, I have to leave the preview, find the same place again in a different layout, make the edit, and then switch back. This is slow and disruptive.
What I am requesting is simple: keep tracked changes on, show the document as final text, and still allow edits in that view.
This would make OnlyOffice much better for serious editing, proofreading,…

Better compatibility with microsoft
Some functionalities are missing when coming from Microsoft products. For example, in OnlyOffice, there is no direct way to cut and insert a row—you have to insert an empty row, then copy and paste the desired row, and finally delete the original. Also, images cannot be anchored to a cell

Being able to hide the AI toolbar, I'm tired of everything being and needing a chatbot, I don't even want to see the option.

Option to not insert extra text automatically
If the contents of a cell have text that is similar to the contents of another cell in the spreadsheet, Onlyoffice will add extra text making the cells identical. This makes the program very annoying to use. Add an option to turn this functionality off.

Remember Last Scroll Position When Reopening Documents
It would be very helpful if documents reopened at the same scroll position where they were when last closed. Currently, when reopening a document, it starts from the beginning, which requires manually scrolling back to the section that was being edited or reviewed.

Allow to modify shortcut toolbar and allow to add more shortcuts to it
The current version has only five shortcuts in the Shortcut toolbar (save, print, quick print, undu, redu). If anyone has some tools that are often required, adding essential tools to the shortcut toolbar is a very time-saving task for anyone.

Please add Pivot Analyzer just like it is in Excel
I can see that there is no Pivot Analyzer in OnlyOffice spreadsheets, though there are pivot tables but for creating a functional dashboard features like Pivot Analyzer and connecting a slicer with multiple pivot tables just like in Excel, a Pivot Analyzer tab just like in Excel is necessary.

Hello! I was trying to replace all " " triple spaces with line-breaks using the "Find and replace" feature. I realized that I couldn't use the editor to replace any text with a line-break. Perhaps adding such a feature for replacing text with line-breaks.
