Bug in doc editor

I think there's a bug in the documen editor. It automatically removes or eliminates any line separations:

The lines will disappear in the editor.

Also, it can't do full cell shading/background color. Instead, it only does highlight colors which is not the same thing.

    Hello,

    Please provide with additional details:

    A. The exact version of the product and product type (Desktop editors, mobile app, self-hosted Document server, etc.)

    B. Please try to reproduce the issue and record a video file.

    C. If it's possible, please share a test file
