As healthcare professionals handling sensitive patient information, we urgently need private rooms in DocSpace with true end-to-end encryption. These rooms must prevent files from being copied or exported outside the secure environment while maintaining full audit capabilities. This functionality would ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance while allowing our team to collaborate safely on confidential records.

Make it possible to change server location
Our OnlyOffice server is currently hosted in Oregon, USA, but we have users worldwide, some of whom experience connectivity issues due to the distance. We would like to use a server in Europe, but this does not appear to be an option.

An app for managing to-do lists, such as Todoist, RTM or Super Productivity, would be extremely useful.
It would be even better if it could connect to existing to-do list systems.
Having OnlyOffice open and being able to manage to-do lists without having to exit the app would be a huge added value to the system.2 votes -
Arrays need to automatically populate when adding a row
When you have an array as describe in your heldesk https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/docs/userguides/spreadsheet_editor/InsertArrayFormulas.aspx
whenever you add a new row, the formula is not added to the new row. You have to copy everything manually. Whenever you have an array, it should populate the cells automatically.

Always highlight modified text when you are viewing "Version History".
Problem: The change-highlighting feature is available but only partially.
First of all, to activate the feature, I need to take the following steps on Windows.
- Open the OnlyOffice DocSpace on the browser
- Open a document
- Go to "Collaboration" tab
- Click on "Version History"
When I view "Version History" on the Android app, the feature does not work.
When I click on the three-dot menu next to each document, click on Properties, and click on "Show version history", the feature does not work either.Besides, even when the feature is active, it highlights only ONE author's text.

Include option to remove download feature from everyone in DocSpace
Include option to remove download feature from everyone in DocSpace including editors and users within contacts. Not just by sharing a link but within the room settings themselves or by creating an overall global role to prevent downloading even for editors.

To be able to choose which folder is opening when going to docspace on the web
I would like to be able to configure, which folder is being opened when going to my doc space online. Actually it opens "Rooms" But I do have my files in a different folder.

workflow approval system
One feature that could be particularly useful for us is the ability to set up a document approval workflow, where different users are assigned roles and documents pass through specific approval stages before final confirmation.
We often deal with scenarios where, for example, a draft contract needs to be reviewed by several team members before being approved by a manager. We manage approvals manually, but a feature allowing us to assign reviewers, define steps, and track approval status would make this process much more efficient and transparent.

Please add kanban view in onlyoffice
Please make customizable kanban views in onlyoffice products:
*A kanban view in docspace or document explorer based on tags or other custom fields would be great for editing stages or any simple workflow.
*In the Onlyoffice Project module the kanban view will help better track tasks states for better global project execution.

Edit docspace documents while offline and merge when online
When you use a desktop app to connect to and edit docspace (online) documents, they are only available online - if you lose internet while still editing the doc, it may become locked, or if still edited might even require manual download/ fix / upload.

Integrate graphite font technology

Disable chat functionality via DocSpace security settings
Administrators should be able to disable chat functionality globally for all documents via security settings for DocSpaces that are not self hosted and therefore do not have access to the configuration files (For example the ones that only office provides). I find this especially necessary with public documents which I would like to collaborate with a community of people and since there are not moderation tools available.
