Make comments searchable
Currently searching via ctl-F or the Find and Replace tool does not search text in comments, and I can find no other way to search the contents of comments. Adding the ability to search comments would be very useful, particularly for documents with many comments by different authors.

Actually, Microsoft Word does allow for this. I think it is a very useful feature and I see a few users upvoted. Perhaps reopen?

Thank you for the idea. Have you used any document processor that allows searching in comments? If so, please name it for the reference.
