add a theme medium gray with colored tab bar
Please add another theme: medium gray like MS Office 2010 gray with colored tab bar like OnlyOffice Light Classic.

You can add custom theme to the editor from the main menu > Settings > Interface theme drop-down > Add local theme.
General approach for creating a .json with custom color is described here:
