Converting Markdown to formatted text
Markdown is a wonderful format for formatting text across platforms. However, readability is limited without an appropriate display program that implements the formatting accordingly. It would be fantastic (and a unique selling point compared to MS Office) if OnlyOffice had integrated a Markdown converter. Many texts are formatted in Markdown (especially if they were generated by AI). It would be great if OnlyOffice could convert, for example, the written Markdown formatting (e.g., this is bold) into “normal formatting” in the document. The same applies to tables and other Markdown markups. If OnlyOffice could also create a Markdown .mk or .txt file from an RTF document, that would of course be great, even though there are already tools for this, but they all have to be installed and don't work in the browser.

Sorry for not answering your question, but your ticket system didn't inform via mail, that there is a question for me pending. Yes, I would like to have the possibility to insert the MD in an existing document while converting the markup to docx-formatting.

ONLYOFFICE editors support direct opening of MD files. Do I understand that your suggestion is related to the possibility to insert MD-formatted text into an existing, for instance, DOCX document?
If so, I'd like to being up a question about developing a plugin, similar to HTML plugin, that would allow inserting MD text into a document.

Does it suit your idea in that way?
