  1. If the contents of a cell have text that is similar to the contents of another cell in the spreadsheet, Onlyoffice will add extra text making the cells identical. This makes the program very annoying to use. Add an option to turn this functionality off.

  2. In Microsoft Office, when you select text with the mouse, a mini toolbar is displayed, as shown here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-the-mini-toolbar-to-format-text-47012f83-b553-40a9-b7de-f038876f4db3. It has options for changing fonts, alignment, text color, margins, and markers.

When you move the mouse to another location or start typing, the Mini toolbar disappears.

This is particularly useful when performing repeated formatting tasks, as it prevents having to move continuously back and forth across the screen from text to top left of the bar.

It would be great to have something like this too on OO, perhaps with the possibility to enable/disable it.

  3. So my problem is that whenever I open an xlsx file in OnlyOffice, I am "warned" about external links: "this workbook contains links to one or more external sources that could be unsafe. if you trust the links, update them to get the latest data.". So I wanted to turn that warning off.

Under "Data" I go to "external Links", in hopes of find a setting to stop warning me. I found the setting! Just enable "Automatically update data from the linked source" and the external sources are found above. Great. Now when I open it, I get a different…

  4. I think it's a great idea. I always carry a hard drive with different apps so I can work anywhere. But I'm puzzled by the absence of a portable ONLYOFFICE version.

  5. When in powerpoint presenter mode, there is a column on the left showing some slides to the presenter. Unfortunately, after going through the first few slides, the "current" slide is shown at the bottom of that left column, so one sees no "future" slides anymore. With only a remote control, one cannot "scroll" the column.
Suggestion: have some mode where the "current" slide is always showing in the midst of the column, so some past slides and (in particular) some future slides are always visible for the presenter.

  6. It would be useful to be able to adjust the settings to make the icons and text on the taskbar easier to read and less tiring on the eyes.

Ideally, this setting would be found under View / Interface Theme / Taskbar Zoom.

This feature is available in LibreOffice and makes working for long periods more comfortable.

  7. I would like to suggest adding the ability to animate bullet points so they can appear individually on click during a slideshow. This feature is essential for creating engaging and dynamic presentations and is commonly available in other presentation software.Thank you for considering this improvement!

  11. OnlyOffice allows you to add PDF form fields (text, checkboxes, lists, etc.), but it doesn't support automatic calculations in PDFs, unlike Adobe Acrobat which allows the use of JavaScript in forms.

It would be great if this were possible.

  13. I have users who have disabilities. Keyboard is easier than mouse for some of these people. There should be a hotkey to start a slideshow in Presenter View as an alternate to Ctrl+F5, or a way to have Presenter View the default.

It would also be convenient for me when using AutoHotKey to script actions for our public meetings.

  14. When you are presenting a presentation with multiple animations per slide, competing presentation editors show the next animation/slide in presenter view. If the presenter is someone like me who shows data figures section by section to walk the audience through it by removing white boxes with animations, its impossible to see what's going to be shown on click without this. Onlyoffice currently just has a slide list with a scroll bar, which makes it unusable for when I give seminars. All this would take is a small rendered preview of the next slide/animation in the corner of presenter mode, just…

This is already the case for the right sidebar/right control panel.

  20. I really enjoy using ONLYOFFICE Sheets and find it very powerful. I wanted to suggest a feature that I think would improve workflow for users who work with multiple spreadsheets simultaneously:

Feature Idea: A shortcut to close all open sheets at once while automatically saving changes (similar to Excel’s Shift+Close behavior). This would save time and streamline managing multiple documents.

Thank you for considering this suggestion, and for your continued work on ONLYOFFICE!

    Best regards,
