Could you please clarify — are you using ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors? Currently, unsaved documents are indicated by an asterisk (*) in the tab title.
Could you share a screenshot of what you have in mind?
Do you refer to Recent files section on the main screen of Desktop Editors for an additional indication and separate save button?
This will help us better understand the expected behavior. -

ONLYOFFICE Editors does include a built-in spell checker.

Can you please elaborate on your idea? It is not clear which feature you're talking about. Do you refer for instance to "Translator" plugin?

You can replace any charaters with line breaks via "Find and replace" feature by using "^l"(lower case 'L') in the field "Replace with". Is that you're looking for?
Could you please clarify which ONLYOFFICE product you are using — Desktop Editors or the web-based editors?
In Desktop Editors, a save confirmation dialog appears when closing a file with unsaved changes. In the web editors, the behavior depends on the co-editing mode — in Fast mode, changes are saved automatically to the server, while in Strict mode with autosave disabled, a browser prompt will appear when closing the tab.
Could you describe the specific scenario where you are not getting this prompt?
