Implement automatic Spanish spelling correction
I am a new user of the Spanish version of OnlyOffice in Colombia because on October 14, 2025 Microsoft ended support for MS Office 2013, 2016 and 2019. So, I'm testing OnlyOffice as an alternative to Microsoft Office in Spanish and I want to contribute to this project by helping to detect problems or errors. Changing the default position of headers and footers
Currently, after inserting a gap in the "Header & Footer from Top" section of the previous section, the value 1.25 cm is automatically assumed, even if a different value was entered earlier.

Fonte Calibri perde a formatação quando abro um documento que já estava criado. Mesmo colocando a fonte Calibri na pasta padrão de fontes do OnlyOffice, segue o erro. Arquivo abre e esta correto e logo troca para as palavras com acentos errados.

Insert Row Below - Shortcut or easier method
Insert a Row Below: A feature similar to MS Office where cursor placed to right of a table row + Enter can insert a new row below, or a keyboard shortcut for the same - without needing to manually right click and select from dropdown menu.

equations
The equation writer is fine on appearance, but upon regular use, it feels clunky and unoptimised compared to the popular alternative. The automatic WYSIWYG feature sometimes does not work by pressing the space bar, selecting parts of an equation with arrow keys is slow (sine there are several "invisible characters" to select), the italic shortcut (ctrl+i) does not always works properly (but the button does)...
Could you consider making the equation utility better, by correcting those minor bugs, and making it really usable without touching the mouse (only with keyboard )?

Add an overtype mode to document editor
Useful when working with document templates, allows users to substitute specific information to the sample text in the template document without changing text positioning or line spacing.

Seria buenisimo que OnlyOffice de la opcion para comprimir las imagenes de los documentos por defecto, ya que sus documentos pesan mucho más que los de MS Office. Quizas no solo para las fotos, tambien en los documentos en general

Texts and Numbers became blurred after leaving the file unused for sometimes
If a file was used but leaving file opened without further processing for a period of time while doing multiple tasks, both texts and numbers of the whole sheet or document would became blurred in colors. There is no harm to the file which should be simply closed and reopened again to continue to use it.

Use arrowkeys to move between pages
I know you can scroll down using the down arrowkey, but it would be awesome if using the right or the left arrowkeys you can move between pages and go to the next or previous page of a document, without having always to scroll down or up.

Create function in docs to configure what follows after hitting enter after a header
I would like to have the function that I can configure in the paragraph settings, what is the format if I hit enter after a header. That could be h2, h3, h4, dotted list, tasklist or even standard or normal. Also the line spacing after a header. I would like to add a video from the software Softmaker (Textmaker) to show the functionality but it is to large. I try it with a link to my cloud.

NAVIGATION within the document & display color modes
I create charts on custom size (on Tabloid Oversize or custom) size paper layout. At present, the horizontal scroll bar is at the bottom.
If possible, give an option to (1) floating scroll bars ( both horizontal & verticle) (2) if floating scroll bars is not possible, there should be an option/provision for (I am facing difficulty in navigation within the document.) shifting the scroll bars, individually, to the top (horizontal scroll bar) and to the left (vertical scrollbar) along with key board short cuts. Default Styles for Presentation Elements
I would like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows users to define and save default styles for presentation elements, such as text boxes, shapes, and images.
Currently, whenever I insert a new element, I need to manually reapply the desired formatting. This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when working on large presentations.
The ability to set a “Default Style” for objects or to create reusable custom style presets that are automatically applied to new elements would significantly improve workflow efficiency, ensure consistency across slides, and enhance the overall user experience.
