Keep hidden groups such after refreshed the pivot table
In pivot table, when dates are grouped by month and certain periods are deselected (hidden), if the pivot table is refreshed those hidden periods become visible again. I suggest that hidden periods remain hidden even after the refresh.

Having selected a word with the cursor, pressing a particular key allows the identical word present within the text on the page to be highlighted with a different color, until the key is released. Print options could be extended to include page numbers, and also things like page x of n, dates, title, filename etc.
When printing a document, additional features could be added to allow page numbers, and additional fields such as total number of pages in the document, the date, file name and path, and others.

issue of spell checking
I am translating the OnlyOffice guide into Indonesian, adapting the language from the English-language Help feature in OnlyOffice. I'm using the Linux version and have noticed a difference in appearance, especially the absence of the Forms tab. Another issue is that sometimes I don't need spell checking, and this can be set in the Advanced Settings menu. However, after closing the application, the Advanced Settings revert to the default settings, and spell checking is enabled again. Actually, I'm more comfortable editing my file without spell checking. So, every time I edit a document, I have to disable it every time…

I am a new user of the Spanish version of OnlyOffice in Colombia because on October 14, 2025 Microsoft ended support for MS Office 2013, 2016 and 2019. Changing the default position of headers and footers
Currently, after inserting a gap in the "Header & Footer from Top" section of the previous section, the value 1.25 cm is automatically assumed, even if a different value was entered earlier.

Fonte Calibri perde a formatação quando abro um documento que já estava criado. Mesmo colocando a fonte Calibri na pasta padrão de fontes do OnlyOffice, segue o erro. Arquivo abre e esta correto e logo troca para as palavras com acentos errados.

Insert Row Below - Shortcut or easier method
Insert a Row Below: A feature similar to MS Office where cursor placed to right of a table row + Enter can insert a new row below, or a keyboard shortcut for the same - without needing to manually right click and select from dropdown menu.

equations
The equation writer is fine on appearance, but upon regular use, it feels clunky and unoptimised compared to the popular alternative. The automatic WYSIWYG feature sometimes does not work by pressing the space bar, selecting parts of an equation with arrow keys is slow (sine there are several "invisible characters" to select), the italic shortcut (ctrl+i) does not always works properly (but the button does)...
Could you consider making the equation utility better, by correcting those minor bugs, and making it really usable without touching the mouse (only with keyboard )?

Useful when working with document templates, allows users to substitute specific information to the sample text in the template document without changing text positioning or line spacing.
