editing rights for certain parts of the document

I need an option to protect some parts of the text in files from editing. Like I share a document with people and this text have parts that can be viewed only but not edited. Something like microsoft has... Thanks.

    A more appropriate functionality is "Pasted from document: <full path name - URL if is is another server, full path for local, ./ = this><Document file name> opt; position in document.
    Microsoft has abused thus to embed codes that involves them in the claims of Intellectual Property Claims - then can demand a share in all US patent filings written in Word.

    Every "Paste" operations contains a copyright notice from Microsoft.
    You must remove this - in all styles - "Paste as text only" . You can provide this functionality by creating a temporary style in CSS: "Comments by ***" as an inherited style (see CSS and virtualisation). And then sow where this style is used, and accepted/rejected.
