    I would think it's great if the program had an automatic save function and if it could save the latest edits in case of system crashes, similar to competing products.

  3. Spreadsheets - Adjust the height and width of all cells at once using the mouse, just like in Excel.

    In Excel, when we select the entire table, we can adjust the height and width of all cells at once using the mouse... this is something that is sorely lacking in Onlyoffice.

    Note: This is so that all cells have the same height or width at the same time.

    I want to do this using the mouse without having to access the menu.

  5. Allow to modify shortcut toolbar and allow to add more shortcuts to it

    The current version has only five shortcuts in the Shortcut toolbar (save, print, quick print, undu, redu). If anyone has some tools that are often required, adding essential tools to the shortcut toolbar is a very time-saving task for anyone.

  6. Set default document layout for new documents

    I'm using OnlyOffice on a TrueNas instance.

    I want to propose being able to set the default layout for when a new document is created.

    I found we can replace the new.docx file however this is extremely and overly cumbersome.

    An example might be that a user will want every new document to be A4 size with narrow margins and a certain font without having to set it up each time they create a new document.

  7. Please add Pivot Analyzer just like it is in Excel

    I can see that there is no Pivot Analyzer in OnlyOffice spreadsheets, though there are pivot tables but for creating a functional dashboard features like Pivot Analyzer and connecting a slicer with multiple pivot tables just like in Excel, a Pivot Analyzer tab just like in Excel is necessary.

  8. E-signature for docs and forms

    I suggest to create a eSignature feature in OnlyOffice, so various persons can sign a document, so it will be formally signed (not just an signature-image in the document), and leagally binding without having a papir printout of it.

    Dear ONLYOFFICE Team,

    First and foremost, thank you so much for the invaluable product you are offering to the community. I deeply appreciate the work and dedication that goes into making ONLYOFFICE such a powerful and accessible tool.

    I use ONLYOFFICE on my Ubuntu system as a replacement for both Microsoft Office and LibreOffice, and I’ve been consistently impressed by its performance, intuitive design, and rich feature set.

    That said, I wanted to kindly share a small piece of feedback regarding the desktop editors (Docs, Slides, and Sheets). At present, the advanced settings for shapes, images, and paragraphs are accessed…

  11. pCloud Integration like you have w/DropBox, Google Drive, etc.

    Please create an integration for backup with pCloud like you have with Google Drive, DropBox, etc. I tried to WebDAV it but it it won't work. In /portal-settings/backup/data-backup, I can enter my webdav url & successfully login, and I can see my pCloud file structure, but not actually select any of the folders to back up to.

  12. Application's toolbar, etc. (not documents) font sizes are too small

    The ONLYOFFICE font sizes for the application toolbar, etc. are too small and cause eye strain. Please make them larger or allow an option to do so.

    ONLYOFFICE Zotero plugin only works with Zotero when Zotero is used with an online cloud storage account, NOT with Zotero when Zotero is used with locally stored data.

    Trying to Replace:

    ^p with a space

    does not work (paragraph endings correctly highlighted but no replacement happens).

    (still an issue in 9.0 Desktop Editors)

  16. editing rights for certain parts of the document

    I need an option to protect some parts of the text in files from editing. Like I share a document with people and this text have parts that can be viewed only but not edited. Something like microsoft has... Thanks.

  17. Add WD My Cloud Home as a connector (for Desktop Editors)

    As the title suggests, I suggest adding a connector with WD My Cloud Home. For those who don't know what it is, WD My Cloud Home is simply a NAS server designed for the general public. With this type of NAS server, it's possible to consult the files stored (on our server) via a web interface and a mobile application. It would therefore be interesting to be able to connect OnlyOffice (especially Desktop Editors) to this NAS storage solution produced by Western Digital.

  20. Allow custom path for default templates (new.docx , new.xlsx etc.)

    Allow a custom path, where default, empty files templates are looked up. Those are in particular relevant for new.docx , new.xlsx etc.
    This way we can provide our standard default templates to users.

    I can think of the following:

    Prio 1: Look up custom template path specified in OO document editor settings
    Prio 2: Look up fixed custom template path in users documents folder, like a subfolder Onlyoffice-Templates
    Prio 3: Lookup default templates folder

    Higher prio would take precedence and upon lookup would use that one, ar fall back to the next prio.

    That process would cater for so many…
