Texts and Numbers became blurred after leaving the file unused for sometimes
If a file was used but leaving file opened without further processing for a period of time while doing multiple tasks, both texts and numbers of the whole sheet or document would became blurred in colors. There is no harm to the file which should be simply closed and reopened again to continue to use it.

Hi, I am sorry that I have missed your email, if any, or your response in the forum. Anyway, this condition is always happened, especially after using a sheet and leave it opened but correspondingly opening a document to work. When returning to the sheet, the text and colour of the sheet will be blurred. It is also happened in both sheet and document but I only got it once only during last two months. Attached is my desktop OS and the display for your consideration. Thank you.

This is strange behavior. What is your Desktop app and OS version?
It looks like there's an issue with the GPU.
