Yes, that tutorial precisely describes my use case. Not specific to XLSX/CSV.
For ONLYOFFICE, it seems the only way to download a document is to open it in the DocEditor and download it from the menu. -

Just to make sure that we are on the same page. Do I understand it right that the final scenario is following: DocSpace > create a Public Room for file sharing > share files with the option to specify the format of the downloaded file in a link?
