Smart Standardization: Adjusting the Default File Format in ONLYOFFICE

I suggest evaluating the possibility of changing the default file format option in ONLYOFFICE. This adjustment would bring greater convenience to users, allowing documents to be automatically saved in the format most commonly used by the team or compatible with other systems, reducing the need for manual conversions and ensuring greater standardization in processes.

    ONLYOFFICE editors natively work with OOXML file formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), thus save files in these formats by default. Have you encountered a processor that allows changing default saving options?
