add the option to tell onlyOffice where my Templates are.
I would like to Point OnlyOffice to multiple folders where my Document Templates are.

Have you encountered a processor that allows specifying several folders with templates?
By the way, when creating a new file you can choose a template manually from File tab with Create from a template option as a workaround.
