Right now, cross-device editing (in my case, going from my MacBook to iPad and back) is extremely challenging.

The only way I can figure out how to do it is to first "import" the doc/sheet I want to work on from Files on my iPad (stored in iCloud), work on it, then when I'm done, "export" it back to my Files. As long as I use the same file name in the same folder, it'll replace the original version, but... not exactly smooth.

And I don't know of any way to save progress mid-way while editing on the iPad without doing a full export like I laid out above.

I love proofreading my stuff on my iPad, it's a much more natural feel for me. Better integration would be a very helpful feature.
