Impresión de documentos a color y/o blanco y negro.
Actualmente en la última versión de Onlyoffice, la selección de impresión a colores o blanco y negro está deshabilitada. Sugiero que la habiliten, la impresión de documentos es muy necesario en el trabajo cotidiano.

The option to display a grid for object and text alignment is either inaccessible or missing from the main toolbars.
The issue: Precise alignment of charts, tables, and images is difficult when the grid tool is hidden or unavailable in the user interface. Requested Feature: Add a "Gridlines" checkbox directly to the View and Layout tabs for immediate access.2 votes -

Line spacing by lines or points
It is more usual to set text line spacing either by "lines", that is, single line, 1.5 lines, 2 lines, etc or points (typically, single line spacing is 1.2 x text point size.
Just realised, it seems line spacing can be set by number of lines but it is, oddly, labeled "multiple" …

Give users the ability to merge/combine PDF files
this suggestion of giving the users the ability to merge/combine PDF files, applies to the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app Windows version
When I tried to find a way of merging / combining 4 PDF files, I did not find it anywhere in the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app. The only thing I found is how to compare and/or combine 2 or more Word documents.

Show futute slides in presenter mode, when using a remote control
When in powerpoint presenter mode, there is a column on the left showing some slides to the presenter. Unfortunately, after going through the first few slides, the "current" slide is shown at the bottom of that left column, so one sees no "future" slides anymore. With only a remote control, one cannot "scroll" the column.
Suggestion: have some mode where the "current" slide is always showing in the midst of the column, so some past slides and (in particular) some future slides are always visible for the presenter.1 vote -
Headings Reordering
I would like to be able to reorder headings in the Headings Pane by dragging the headers around. Obviously, all content under the affected heading would come along.
As a reference, the Obsidian markdown editor does this very nicely.1 vote
