    Yes, the desired feature is in the MS Office Word menu "View - Split" beginning 0:47 in the video https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/video-view-files-in-split-and-multiple-windows-8c6377a1-ed45-498e-80dc-635a6ae34547

    This feature is present, for example, in Microsoft Word (MS Office 2010).
