  1. As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. This is really annoying.…

    1. A volumetric surface diagram is a standard diagram type.
    2. A wire surface diagram is a three—dimensional diagram that is a wireframe and displays only lines.
    3. A contour diagram is a diagram representing an overhead view of a surface diagram where the colors represent ranges of values.
    4. A contour wire diagram is a diagram representing an overhead view of a surface diagram, but without shaded areas.

  6. There should be a way to save a slide as a large hi-def image (or matching size of the slide). Saving all slides as a folder of low def 720p images is unnecessarily resource consuming and doesn't achieve the goal, esp. if you use the app for image compositing.

  11. Allow a custom path, where default, empty files templates are looked up. Those are in particular relevant for new.docx , new.xlsx etc.
This way we can provide our standard default templates to users.

I can think of the following:

Prio 1: Look up custom template path specified in OO document editor settings
Prio 2: Look up fixed custom template path in users documents folder, like a subfolder Onlyoffice-Templates
Prio 3: Lookup default templates folder

Higher prio would take precedence and upon lookup would use that one, ar fall back to the next prio.

That process would cater for so many…

  15. By default, the Cambria Math font is used in the equations. Microsoft Office has partially solved the problem: by combining the "Unicode" and "Text" parameters, it is possible to select a different font (but some mathematical characters still remain in Cambria Math).

  16. It would be nice if Writer/DOCX showed all comments on the right side with connector lines, like in LibreOffice.
Right now, they’re all shown on the left, and you can only see where each one refers to when you click on it.

  18. LibreOffice has a good Bengali (also called Bangla) spell check. I'm sure someone with the right skill set could port the LibreOffice version to OnlyOffice.

The lack of this feature prevents me from recommending OnlyOffice to all my friends in Bangladesh. The user interface does not need to be urgently ported. Most people here use English user interfaces on their software.

  20. While the Unicode characters are technically supported, the rendering engine is not consistently pulling the correct color emoji font or is failing to display specific symbols (like the Heavy Check Mark ✅) which appear as a square. This indicates a font fallback issue for many users, despite the feature being marked as 'implemented.' (https://feedback.onlyoffice.com/forums/966080-your-voice-matters/suggestions/50490639-it-would-be-great-to-be-able-to-insert-emojis-in-t)

Suggestion: Request a review of the font fallback logic to prioritize system color emoji fonts (e.g., Segoe UI Emoji) for all Unicode characters that have an emoji presentation style.
