Data Form Dialog in OnlyOffice
Dear OnlyOffice Team,
I am writing to request the inclusion of a Data Form dialog feature in OnlyOffice, similar to what is available in LibreOffice Calc and Excel Desktop. This tool is extremely useful for quick and structured data entry, especially when working with wide tables.

Setting fonts for CJK (Asian) and Latin (Western) text separately
Problem Description: The current font system in OnlyOffice Desktop Editors only allows a single font to be applied to a text selection or style. This is a critical limitation for users in CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) regions.
In CJK typography, it is standard and essential practice to specify one font for CJK characters (e.g., SimSun, Source Han Serif) and a different font for Latin/Western characters (e.g., Times New Roman).

Display changes next to the page in Track Changes mode
As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. Comments in DOCX showed with connector lines
It would be nice if Writer/DOCX showed all comments on the right side with connector lines, like in LibreOffice.

I miss a "Share document" to eMail, WhatsApp
I miss a "Share document", so I'm able to mail it direct from onlyOffice. (using pdf viewer). At the moment I have to download the document locally and then send it to the user via email.

Having used virtually every spreadsheet app ever developed since Apple II Visicalc, I find no options for selection movement on pressing enter to be quite annoying.

I am writing as a regular user who greatly appreciates your software. To help streamline the workflow for myself and many others, I would like to suggest two practical feature additions for the document editor.

Save slide as HD image
There should be a way to save a slide as a large hi-def image (or matching size of the slide). Saving all slides as a folder of low def 720p images is unnecessarily resource consuming and doesn't achieve the goal, esp. if you use the app for image compositing.

Emoji/Symbol Rendering Inconsistency: ✅ and others display as outlined or not at all
While the Unicode characters are technically supported, the rendering engine is not consistently pulling the correct color emoji font or is failing to display specific symbols (like the Heavy Check Mark ✅) which appear as a square. This indicates a font fallback issue for many users, despite the feature being marked as 'implemented.' There should be an option to paste inserting rows rather than replacing the data.
In spreadsheets, let's say i have columns that have the following data in them: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I want to copy 2 and 3 after 4. I want to get 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 5. But I cannot, as pasting rows does not insert them, but overwrites the data in them: I get 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3. The same goes for cutting. There should be a setting or contextual option that allows me to choose whether I am inserting the data, or overwriting it.

Direct Access to Document Grid (UI Improvement)
The option to display a grid for object and text alignment is either inaccessible or missing from the main toolbars.

Give users the ability to merge/combine PDF files
this suggestion of giving the users the ability to merge/combine PDF files, applies to the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app Windows version
When I tried to find a way of merging / combining 4 PDF files, I did not find it anywhere in the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app. The only thing I found is how to compare and/or combine 2 or more Word documents.

Add ability to set the interface language and the default document language independently.
Dear ONLYOFFICE Team,
I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve usability for multilingual users: the ability to set the interface language and the default document language independently.
Currently, changing the interface language also affects the default language used for spellcheck and grammar in new documents. This can be limiting for users who prefer to work with the UI in one language (e.g., English) but primarily write documents in another (e.g., German, Spanish, etc.).

Scrolling improvements
In the ONLYOFFICE PDF editor/reader, scrolling is currently quite limited compared to other readers. I’d like to suggest a set of improvements that would greatly enhance navigation, especially in PDFs, but could also be useful in text and spreadsheet editors:

Clicking the mouse wheel should activate auto-scroll (with an anchor), letting the user move smoothly up/down/left/right by moving the mouse. This is standard in most PDF readers (browsers, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).Adjustable scroll speed:
