  1. I would like to highlight text in all colors (not the defaults that are too dark). To achieve so I would like or the possibility to change highlight colors (the easier way I think). Otherwise be able to not color the full line using Shading tool.
    Being able to easily use a ton of different color for words in my files is very important to me so please let me know ;)

  5. When you set a color for a sheet tab, it would be great to have an entire tab filled with this color, not just a thick line at the top. Much easier to navigate through multiple sheets then

  6. Problem Description: The current font system in OnlyOffice Desktop Editors only allows a single font to be applied to a text selection or style. This is a critical limitation for users in CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) regions.

    In CJK typography, it is standard and essential practice to specify one font for CJK characters (e.g., SimSun, Source Han Serif) and a different font for Latin/Western characters (e.g., Times New Roman).

  8. One of the major issues we have in moving to OnlyOffice is the lack of tickboxes and custom in-line dropdowns. This would make our work exponentially easier, and reduce user error - pretty much essential for us.

  10. Like MS Excel, allow protecting worksheets without a password; make it optional. I frequently want to protect a worksheet only to prevent unwanted changes due to fat fingering or accidentally clicking on the wrong cell. The worksheet gets shared and edited by different people and it is inconvenient to repeatedly have to enter a password.

  15. The option to display a grid for object and text alignment is either inaccessible or missing from the main toolbars.

    The issue: Precise alignment of charts, tables, and images is difficult when the grid tool is hidden or unavailable in the user interface.

  16. It is more usual to set text line spacing either by "lines", that is, single line, 1.5 lines, 2 lines, etc or points (typically, single line spacing is 1.2 x text point size.

    Just realised, it seems line spacing can be set by number of lines but it is, oddly, labeled "multiple" …

  18. When one works in a document, like a book or a tutorial, that work takes a huge amount of time. So, when open a document to resume the work, it would improve it, avoiding to every time look for the page where one was working when the document was last closed. The same way, when one works with spreadsheets and one closes it in an column that is not visible initially, it would help a lot if that spreadsheet would be positioned in the column when the spreadsheet was last closed.
