Rich text formatting in comments (bold, italic, lists, etc.)
Comments in document editors serve two distinct purposes: flagging issues and proposing replacement text. For the second use case, Onlyoffice currently has a gap: proposed text cannot carry the formatting it would need in the actual document - bold, italic, heading style, list structure, and so on.
This forces editors into workarounds: writing formatting instructions in plain text alongside the suggestion, or making tracked changes instead of comments. Both degrade the review workflow.
MS Word supports full font and paragraph formatting in comments. Parity with this behaviour would make Onlyoffice's review tools complete for professional editorial use - a common…

Split a multipage pdf into individual pages - use ctrl + left click to choose which pages then click export or print
I work with multi-page pdfs (20-50 page files). I need to split each page into its own pdf for payroll purposes. Currently I have to use the print feature and can only do this one page at a time so it is time consuming. Neat Office offers this in their pdf program by selecting the multi-page view. Additionally I would like to be able to name each page uniquely and then select export or save to make so that each page is uniquely named and saved as a separate pdf.

pCloud Integration like you have w/DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
Please create an integration for backup with pCloud like you have with Google Drive, DropBox, etc. I tried to WebDAV it but it it won't work. In /portal-settings/backup/data-backup, I can enter my webdav url & successfully login, and I can see my pCloud file structure, but not actually select any of the folders to back up to.

Add “Web Layout” / Pageless View Mode
Hi,
It would be incredibly helpful to have a “Web Layout” or pageless view mode in OnlyOffice, especially for users who work on screen rather than for print.Microsoft Word offers a similar view that removes page breaks and shows the document as one continuous flow, which greatly improves readability and usability for digital editing.
Please consider adding this feature to the desktop and online editors.
Thanks for your great work!

Default option for wrapping styles for images
Greetings.
When importing or copying image to document from file system it has wrapping style "in line with text" by default.
It would be nice if a user can set the default wrapping style for importing and copying images in setting (for example to "In front of Text").

Allow protecting spreadsheet without a password
Like MS Excel, allow protecting worksheets without a password; make it optional. I frequently want to protect a worksheet only to prevent unwanted changes due to fat fingering or accidentally clicking on the wrong cell. The worksheet gets shared and edited by different people and it is inconvenient to repeatedly have to enter a password.

Data Form Dialog in OnlyOffice
Dear OnlyOffice Team,
I am writing to request the inclusion of a Data Form dialog feature in OnlyOffice, similar to what is available in LibreOffice Calc and Excel Desktop. This tool is extremely useful for quick and structured data entry, especially when working with wide tables.
Adding this feature would greatly improve efficiency for users who rely on OnlyOffice for data management and would make the software more competitive with other office suites.Thank you for considering this request.
Sincerely,
Sk Reyaz Amin3 votesIt is planned in one of the future releases.

Setting fonts for CJK (Asian) and Latin (Western) text separately
Problem Description: The current font system in OnlyOffice Desktop Editors only allows a single font to be applied to a text selection or style. This is a critical limitation for users in CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) regions.
In CJK typography, it is standard and essential practice to specify one font for CJK characters (e.g., SimSun, Source Han Serif) and a different font for Latin/Western characters (e.g., Times New Roman).
Currently, if a user sets the font to Times New Roman (which lacks CJK glyphs), the CJK characters are rendered using an uncontrollable system-level font fallback (e.g., SimSun on Windows, PingFang…

More practical printing functions
I suggest launching a new practical printing interface that includes reverse-order printing, printing only odd or even pages, and printing multiple specified pages (for example, enter 1,3 to print just the first and third pages), just like WPS, the Chinese office software. These features are crucial for older printers : )

Printing for each page, both slide picture and notes
When printing a presentation I have not been able to print it with the slide and the notes (or annotations) I've made. A print output similar to what I see when I click 'Show the Presenter View'.
Please see the attached file. Print-Both-Slide-And-Notes is showing what I see when I edit my PPT presentation : slide and notes. I would like to see both slide and notes in the Print Options. Something similar to the second image Print-Similar-To-Presenter-View.
This is really something I do miss !4 votesIdea discussion. Check comments.

Display changes next to the page in Track Changes mode
As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. This is really annoying.…

add the option to Export as PDF and send by Mail
In general I like sending documents via E-Mail. So I would like to have a button which opens my Mail program and attaches it to a new Message so I only have to E-Mail Address, edit the subject and write the E-Mail.

Comments in DOCX showed with connector lines
It would be nice if Writer/DOCX showed all comments on the right side with connector lines, like in LibreOffice.
Right now, they’re all shown on the left, and you can only see where each one refers to when you click on it.3 votesIt is planned in one of the future releases.

adding feature
Hello Team! Please consider adding the comments/notes in the annotations section. It will definitely help those who prefer to review their notes quickly, especially when working with a PDF file. As you already know, the comments button is the one available for now. Keep up the good work!

provide an option in spreadsheets for where selection moves upon pressing enter.
Having used virtually every spreadsheet app ever developed since Apple II Visicalc, I find no options for selection movement on pressing enter to be quite annoying.

Checkboxes in Spreadsheets
Good evening!
Could you please add the checkbox button for spreadsheets? Just like the checkboxes available in the web version of Excel on Office.com. I’m a teacher, and I would love to have this option enabled so I can create an attendance sheet for my students.10 votesIt is planned in one of the future releases.
