If a file was used but leaving file opened without further processing for a period of time while doing multiple tasks, both texts and numbers of the whole sheet or document would became blurred in colors. There is no harm to the file which should be simply closed and reopened again to continue to use it.

  3. I know you can scroll down using the down arrowkey, but it would be awesome if using the right or the left arrowkeys you can move between pages and go to the next or previous page of a document, without having always to scroll down or up.

  4. I create charts on custom size (on Tabloid Oversize or custom) size paper layout. At present, the horizontal scroll bar is at the bottom.

    If possible, give an option to (1) floating scroll bars ( both horizontal & verticle) (2) if floating scroll bars is not possible, there should be an option/provision for (I am facing difficulty in navigation within the document.) shifting the scroll bars, individually, to the top (horizontal scroll bar) and to the left (vertical scrollbar) along with key board short cuts.   6. I would like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows users to define and save default styles for presentation elements, such as text boxes, shapes, and images.

    Currently, whenever I insert a new element, I need to manually reapply the desired formatting. This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when working on large presentations.

    The ability to set a “Default Style” for objects or to create reusable custom style presets that are automatically applied to new elements would significantly improve workflow efficiency, ensure consistency across slides, and enhance the overall user experience.

  11. The program's major weakness is in the header and footer. If the headers were automatically removed through text processing and headings 1, 2, and 3 were recorded in the header, it would be automatically fine. Managing headers is very important, and we can edit the text with artificial intelligence.

    I would like to suggest a feature enhancement for OnlyOffice regarding currency formatting.

    Currently, it is necessary to manually set the currency format (e.g., CHF 1'000.00) for each new document. It would be very helpful to have the option to define a default currency format in the application settings — for example, CHF with the format CHF 1'000.00 — that would automatically apply to all new documents created by the user.

    This would save time and ensure consistency, especially for users working primarily with a specific currency format.

  14. Default template must be exported from Word in order to create proper header tab marks and it is still very difficult to insert page number and move header text around to correct places with "tab" key as expected.

    Default should have a left tab 'holder' at left margin, a right tab 'holder' at right margin and a center tab 'holder' in the center. This should work with both metric and imperial rulers and margin size changes.

    (Last tested in 8.3 Desktop Editors)

  20. I wished to post an idea but was unable to do so while clicking the "Button" number of times. I spent almost three hours to post one but was unable to send another one. I tried to log off and in again including rebooting my pc but was not successful. The successful one might be my luck. This is the seventh times I try it.
