I use Onlyoffice PDF a lot. One of the most useful improvements for me would be to be able to keep all settings each time I open a document: fonts, colours, lines, etc.

Allow custom path for default templates (new.docx , new.xlsx etc.)
Allow a custom path, where default, empty files templates are looked up. Those are in particular relevant for new.docx , new.xlsx etc.
This way we can provide our standard default templates to users.I can think of the following:
Prio 1: Look up custom template path specified in OO document editor settings
Prio 2: Look up fixed custom template path in users documents folder, like a subfolder Onlyoffice-Templates
Prio 3: Lookup default templates folderHigher prio would take precedence and upon lookup would use that one, ar fall back to the next prio.
That process would cater for so many…

I’m requesting the addition of ‘Text Effects’ functionality to OnlyOffice, specifically the ability to apply effects like glows to both text and shapes. This is a commonly used feature in Microsoft PowerPoint, where I frequently utilize glow effects to visually separate text from its background, creating a highlight and enhancing readability. I believe this would be a valuable addition for users who regularly create presentations.

Give users the ability to merge/combine PDF files
this suggestion of giving the users the ability to merge/combine PDF files, applies to the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app Windows version
When I tried to find a way of merging / combining 4 PDF files, I did not find it anywhere in the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app. The only thing I found is how to compare and/or combine 2 or more Word documents.

Thank you for your product which is a great alternative to other Doc apps. I think the arrow shortcut (-+>) doesn't work in plain text but only in an equation. That's a shame because it's useful in plain text. Could you add the shortcut? Thank you very much.

Add more highlighing color options (pastels)

Thank you for your product which is a great alternative to other Doc apps. I would like to have more text highlighting color options, especially less flashy and more pastels colors (like for the font colors). Thank you!

Shortcuts to spreadsheet macros
It would be helpful I one could easily execute a macro with shortcuts. It takes way to long time to open the macro-windows and select and macro and select run using a mouse.
At least make it possible to select macros in the left side in the macro-windows with keys

dark or gray view
Hello, team, I suffer from blue light from the monitor and now I have to wear glasses, the color white is painful for me. I have to set the colors of the cells in the spreadsheet to gray or dark, and the font colors to cyan, green, gray, or white to reduce the amount of pain. The same goes for PDF, documents. Please set a default color like this, and I will be grateful with my eyes and all my heart.

Darkmode
Hello, I'd love to see that ONLYOFFICE offers a darkmode, so that the backgrounds (sheets) aren't white but black and the letters are white. This could be an enormous help for persons with bad eyes / handicapped people. For me it is absolutely essential, and also for your mobile apps. Thank you!

Auto play looping of video clips / media embedded in the powerpoint presentation slides.
The video clips embedded in the powerpoint presentation cannot be played in a continuous loop when slides are being viewed. So I recommend putting video play controlls on the slides to play media files and control them during the editing process
