Multiple windows (view two documents side-by-side)
I would love to be able to view two different documents at once without switching between tabs. Ideal implementation would allow for click-and-dragging a tab out of the tab area to create a new window (like how most web browsers treat tabs).

Suffix hyphen
When I put a hyphen at the beginning of a text cell in spreadsheet, an equals =, appears. It would be great if I could turn that off.

issue of spell checking
I am translating the OnlyOffice guide into Indonesian, adapting the language from the English-language Help feature in OnlyOffice. I'm using the Linux version and have noticed a difference in appearance, especially the absence of the Forms tab. Another issue is that sometimes I don't need spell checking, and this can be set in the Advanced Settings menu. However, after closing the application, the Advanced Settings revert to the default settings, and spell checking is enabled again. Actually, I'm more comfortable editing my file without spell checking. So, every time I edit a document, I have to disable it every time…

Texts and Numbers became blurred after leaving the file unused for sometimes
If a file was used but leaving file opened without further processing for a period of time while doing multiple tasks, both texts and numbers of the whole sheet or document would became blurred in colors. There is no harm to the file which should be simply closed and reopened again to continue to use it.

Create function in docs to configure what follows after hitting enter after a header
I would like to have the function that I can configure in the paragraph settings, what is the format if I hit enter after a header. That could be h2, h3, h4, dotted list, tasklist or even standard or normal. Also the line spacing after a header. I would like to add a video from the software Softmaker (Textmaker) to show the functionality but it is to large. I try it with a link to my cloud.

NAVIGATION within the document & display color modes
I create charts on custom size (on Tabloid Oversize or custom) size paper layout. At present, the horizontal scroll bar is at the bottom.
If possible, give an option to (1) floating scroll bars ( both horizontal & verticle) (2) if floating scroll bars is not possible, there should be an option/provision for (I am facing difficulty in navigation within the document.) shifting the scroll bars, individually, to the top (horizontal scroll bar) and to the left (vertical scrollbar) along with key board short cuts. Make Tabs work in Headers (and Footers) and correct Default docx Template
Default template must be exported from Word in order to create proper header tab marks and it is still very difficult to insert page number and move header text around to correct places with "tab" key as expected.
Default should have a left tab 'holder' at left margin, a right tab 'holder' at right margin and a center tab 'holder' in the center. This should work with both metric and imperial rulers and margin size changes.
(Last tested in 8.3 Desktop Editors)

Very Difficult to Post A New Idea
I wished to post an idea but was unable to do so while clicking the "Button" number of times. I spent almost three hours to post one but was unable to send another one. I tried to log off and in again including rebooting my pc but was not successful. The successful one might be my luck. This is the seventh times I try it.

Bookmark in Text Doc doesn't automatically look up text
When we type the first and subsequent texts inside the box of Bookmark name, it is better to automatically look up the bookmark inside the text document like MS Words did. Now we need to move the right side scroll bar down and up to look up the bookmark.

Reduce the style bar, improve the toolbar with more features | Reduzir a barra de estilos, melhorar a barra de ferramentas com mais recursos
OnlyOffice is truly a very robust and incredible office suite. The fact that it works on Linux makes me even happier. But I don't understand why so much focus is placed on style options with a bar that's much longer than necessary, when the toolbar could be better adjusted with more useful options and highlighting other tools that are often more "hidden."

Please make scrolling smoother on macOS
Scrolling has always been stuttery and not smooth on macOS; fixing this as it appears on alternative offuce suites would be greatly desirable. Perhaps this could be added as a toggle-able feature.

with all AI tools supporting markdown as the primary way of formatting text, it is critical to be able to paste from markdown and convert documents to markdown. Plugins already support the latter, but the former is a killer feature that would be easy to implement given that the tool already supports opening markdown.

Customizing format of number in figure caption chapter number
It would be good to be able to change the formatting of chapter number in figure caption. As you see in my attachment, when I include chapter number in my caption, it uses the same formatting of list numbering for heading 1, which uses roman numerals. Sometimes, I want to format the heading with roman numerals list, but I want my figure caption to still uses arabic numerals. So while the heading uses "I", I want my caption to still display "1".
