One feature that could be particularly useful for us is the ability to set up a document approval workflow, where different users are assigned roles and documents pass through specific approval stages before final confirmation.
We often deal with scenarios where, for example, a draft contract needs to be reviewed by several team members before being approved by a manager. Olá, sou usuário do OnlyOffice a bastante tempo no Linux. Quero sugerir uma implementação que é fácil mas que não está disponível ainda. É o modo tela cheia, ou tela inteira, como outros editores de texto tem. Normalmente para ativar o modo tela cheia usa-se o F11, mas nem no visualizador de pdf e nem no editor de texto possuem esse modo. Por favor implemente esse recurso simples que agrega em muito o uso do editor.

Missing table border styles option for .docx
There is no option to stylize table borders except border color and thickness - there are many styles in ms word though (double borders, dashed line etc.) Attached a double border example. Naturally, this leads to all .docx files having stylized table borders being converted to simple table borders.

Edit docspace documents while offline and merge when online
When you use a desktop app to connect to and edit docspace (online) documents, they are only available online - if you lose internet while still editing the doc, it may become locked, or if still edited might even require manual download/ fix / upload.

RTL table
It would be fantastic if you could add a Right-to-Left (RTL) table option. So when I press the Tab key, the cursor jumps to the next box on the left. Since my language is RTL, the only issue I encounter with OnlyOffice documents is this. Additionally, it would be great if I could convert a Left-to-Right (LTR) table to an RTL one. I can accomplish this in Microsoft Word by accessing the table properties menu.

Disable chat functionality via DocSpace security settings
Administrators should be able to disable chat functionality globally for all documents via security settings for DocSpaces that are not self hosted and therefore do not have access to the configuration files (For example the ones that only office provides). I find this especially necessary with public documents which I would like to collaborate with a community of people and since there are not moderation tools available.

Uso no windows 11. Quando imprimimos a planilha, muitas vezes observo que na visualização está ok, mas na impressão, geralmente a ultima linha da planilha apresenta problemas, muitas vezes associada as bordas e outras também com falhas nos textos e imagens.
