  1. As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility.   2. In general I like sending documents via E-Mail. So I would like to have a button which opens my Mail program and attaches it to a new Message so I only have to E-Mail Address, edit the subject and write the E-Mail.

  3. It would be nice if Writer/DOCX showed all comments on the right side with connector lines, like in LibreOffice.
    Right now, they’re all shown on the left, and you can only see where each one refers to when you click on it.

  4. When you have an array as describe in your heldesk https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/docs/userguides/spreadsheet_editor/InsertArrayFormulas.aspx

    whenever you add a new row, the formula is not added to the new row. You have to copy everything manually. Whenever you have an array, it should populate the cells automatically.

  6. When i use the ai tools like summarization it don't have the thai language as an option in target language even through the model that i use are fully supported thai language

    so it would be nice if it have more language selection for ai tools so more of the people can use the ai tools without a problem

  11. I suggest implementing the ability to set bookmarks in PDF files. There is a "Headings" system in documents that automatically generates a table of contents. It would be convenient if, when saving files in docx, doc, rtf and similar PDF format, the "Headers" were converted into bookmarks.

  12. There should be a way to save a slide as a large hi-def image (or matching size of the slide). Saving all slides as a folder of low def 720p images is unnecessarily resource consuming and doesn't achieve the goal, esp. if you use the app for image compositing.

  13. you should add some plugins which make only office make like ms office bcz many user has muscle memory of use excel word and all , plug in made single click and make all setting and thems icon from ms office to only office it will help to easy migration for user..

  15. I know that when pressing ctrl + swiping up and down zooms in and out, but I wanted to suggest the idea of also allowing the pinching in or out motion on mouse touch pads to also zoom in and out of documents without the need to press the ctrl button

  17. please do pdf compression when save as from word doc to pdf or have an option to toggle! Office does auto compression while preserving quality. yours doesn't! what a bummer!

  18. I would like to highlight text in all colors (not the defaults that are too dark). To achieve so I would like or the possibility to change highlight colors (the easier way I think). Otherwise be able to not color the full line using Shading tool.
    Being able to easily use a ton of different color for words in my files is very important to me so please let me know ;)
