Tickboxes and dropdowns
One of the major issues we have in moving to OnlyOffice is the lack of tickboxes and custom in-line dropdowns. This would make our work exponentially easier, and reduce user error - pretty much essential for us.

Replace image from clipboard
Currently there are "From file" and "From URL" options for replacing image in context menu, a "From clipboard" option would help a lot with making quick edits or shortening workflow.

Ensure underlines in tables are retained when importing doc/doc.x files. For accounts, tables often require underlines and double underlines under summations. These features are dropped when opening doc/doc.x files.

Make it possible to change server location
Our OnlyOffice server is currently hosted in Oregon, USA, but we have users worldwide, some of whom experience connectivity issues due to the distance. We would like to use a server in Europe, but this does not appear to be an option.

I use Onlyoffice PDF a lot. One of the most useful improvements for me would be to be able to keep all settings each time I open a document: fonts, colours, lines, etc.

Impresión de documentos a color y/o blanco y negro.
Actualmente en la última versión de Onlyoffice, la selección de impresión a colores o blanco y negro está deshabilitada. Sugiero que la habiliten, la impresión de documentos es muy necesario en el trabajo cotidiano.

Direct Access to Document Grid (UI Improvement)
The option to display a grid for object and text alignment is either inaccessible or missing from the main toolbars.
The issue: Precise alignment of charts, tables, and images is difficult when the grid tool is hidden or unavailable in the user interface. Requested Feature: Add a "Gridlines" checkbox directly to the View and Layout tabs for immediate access.2 votes
