    To combine pages of different PDFs, it is convenient to use Okular in combination with PDFArranger on Linux (Okular is often used by default on Linux systems).

    Microsoft Word has a focus mode for DOCX files (the closest function to full-screen mode).

    Yes. In browsers, for example, you can open files in full-screen mode, which closes when you press the Esc key or hover the cursor over the top of the screen and a pop-up button with a cross appears.
    The full-screen mode is also implemented in the Okular program, where when scrolling pages, a circle is displayed indicating the number of pages viewed.
