    Also to clarify, lets assume a company has 50 employees, the admin should have the right to remove download feature from one employee, some employees, or all employees. Basically each contacts including editors should have a "on and off switch" to download documents. The rooms should also give the option of downloading or restrict downloading. Lastly, there should be a global option to turn "on or off" download feature.
