Adobe Acrobat Reader
Wondershare PDFelement
Foxit PDF Editor (formerly known as Foxit PhantomPDF)
The separate list seems to be related to the 'Save AutoRecover information' feature from ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors, and therefore it does not have to be controlled too.

Great suggestion which I've posted on the ONLYOFFICE Community website platform.
There I've added that competitive apps such as: TextMaker (from SoftMaker Office) and PDFgear to name a view, do have such a feature. Please see the attached screenshot files.

Great suggestion.
Prior to having found this suggestion, I had already filed a request for support on the matter pasted here below with the related attached screenshot files.
The related support request;
Dear ONLYOFFICE Support Team,
My HP Multifunctional Printer is connected to my x64-bit Windows Pro 10 Desktop computer, and I want to use its flatbed scanner with the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app (version 9.1.0.167). Within the app I did not find a feature nor a way to scan a document from the flatbed scanner, while a competitive app like TextMaker (from SoftMaker Office) does have such a feature. And also a PDF processing competitor like PDFgear has such a feature, please see both attached screenshot files.
Therefore I would like to know whether the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app supports the scanning of paper documents from a connected peripheral scanner device and if so, how to that from within the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app?
Best Regards,
John

Thanks for pointing to the "Save As" option, which also both Spreadsheet and Presentation have to create PDF from their own specific file formats. I've tested Document with its "Save As" and it worked flawlessly. Please see attached the related screenshot file.
And speaking of Spreadsheet, its the only one of those 3 "MS" (ONLY)Office SAPs (Software Applications Programs) that has the "Export to PDF" option also for the same purpose, but with a "PDF settings" feature (by way of pupup screen) that the "Save As" option does not have. Please see attached the related screenshot file. So maybe it's a good idea or better yet useful suggestion for Document and Presentation or at least Document to get this "Export to PDF" option also.
