Give users the ability of full control over the amount of ‘Recent files’
Just recently I've installed the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app version 9.1.0.167 on my Desktop PC running OS Windows 10 Pro x64-bit.
For better security and privacy interests, my suggestion is to give the user the ability of full control of managing the amount of 'Recent files' to be stored or not stored at all. This for instance by way of a counter setting ranging from 0 (nothing stored nor to be cleared) to a higher number in steps of e.g. 5 or 10 and so on. Portable version of Desktop Editors
I think it's a great idea. I always carry a hard drive with different apps so I can work anywhere. But I'm puzzled by the absence of a portable ONLYOFFICE version.

pCloud Integration like you have w/DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
Please create an integration for backup with pCloud like you have with Google Drive, DropBox, etc. I tried to WebDAV it but it it won't work. In /portal-settings/backup/data-backup, I can enter my webdav url & successfully login, and I can see my pCloud file structure, but not actually select any of the folders to back up to.

Add standard pasting options
Add standard pasting options like in all other editors (paste without formatting, paste with formatting, etc.). It's very strange that you don't have this.

Multiple selection of lines or small segments of a single line
I would like you to add the option to select multiple characters or lines separately with Ctrl + left click in Linux, as this would make it more efficient to select multiple lines in a document.

Setting fonts for CJK (Asian) and Latin (Western) text separately
Problem Description: The current font system in OnlyOffice Desktop Editors only allows a single font to be applied to a text selection or style. This is a critical limitation for users in CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) regions.
In CJK typography, it is standard and essential practice to specify one font for CJK characters (e.g., SimSun, Source Han Serif) and a different font for Latin/Western characters (e.g., Times New Roman).
Currently, if a user sets the font to Times New Roman (which lacks CJK glyphs), the CJK characters are rendered using an uncontrollable system-level font fallback (e.g., SimSun on Windows, PingFang…

Numpad in spreadsheet editor
It would be very useful to implement a numeric pad on the keyboard to speed up the insertion of numbers in the cells (see attached photo) and make sure that the keyboard does not close every time you enter

Display changes next to the page in Track Changes mode
As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. Have a function to display a document as a notebook (as a "simple" alternative to OneNote or Evernote)
I am on the hunt for a note tool that would replace my use of OneNote on both PC and Mobile.
The way I understand it, on PC at least, it could be technically possible to have a view of a document, in which different sections of the document would appear as separate notes, even though for a data storage standpoint, the data is essentially a text document.
The advantage would be to have what looks like a notebook, including notes and a hierarchy within the notebook.

Enable Full Document Context Awareness for AI Agent
The current AI agent (beta v2.4.2+) requires manual text selection for all operations, including document summarization. Users must explicitly select content with Ctrl+A before the AI can analyze or summarize documents. This creates a significant workflow interruption compared to competitors like Microsoft 365 Copilot, which automatically accesses full document context.

Save PDF page as image
Currently if you open a PDF and choose Save As > PNG it will save all pages in a folder, which may be a long process for large PDFs. It would be nice to have an option to extract the current page only, or a specific range of pages.
