Shortcuts to arrange things (move to background/foreground, etc) in slides
Software like powerpoint, illustrator, etc allow you to move objects forward and backward between layers. Presently, both use ctrl+[ for backwards and ctrl+] for forwards. Holding shift modifies them to move all the way backwards ( ctrl+{ ) and all the way to the foreground ( ctrl+} ). The functionality already exists via the right click context menu under the arrange option, so I'd imagine it would not be challenging to implement. It would make life so much easier needing to rely on the dropdown a layer deep in the right click menu every time.

Open PDF from Last Viewed Page
Right now, when I open a PDF, it always starts on the first page. It would be great if I had an option to have it remember the page I was on. For example, if I close the PDF on page 20, I'd like it to open straight to page 20 next time.

Please add auto-open option for exported PDFs. A simple checkbox in export dialog would save users from manually opening each saved file.

After saving/exporting a document as PDF, automatically open the file with the default PDF viewer. This would provide immediate confirmation that the export was successful and save users from manually navigating to and opening each exported file.Suggested Implementation:

Default Styles for Presentation Elements
I would like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows users to define and save default styles for presentation elements, such as text boxes, shapes, and images.
Currently, whenever I insert a new element, I need to manually reapply the desired formatting. This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when working on large presentations.
The ability to set a “Default Style” for objects or to create reusable custom style presets that are automatically applied to new elements would significantly improve workflow efficiency, ensure consistency across slides, and enhance the overall user experience.

Have a function to display a document as a notebook (as a "simple" alternative to OneNote or Evernote)
I am on the hunt for a note tool that would replace my use of OneNote on both PC and Mobile.
The way I understand it, on PC at least, it could be technically possible to have a view of a document, in which different sections of the document would appear as separate notes, even though for a data storage standpoint, the data is essentially a text document.
The advantage would be to have what looks like a notebook, including notes and a hierarchy within the notebook.
Based on such a principle, this notetaking tool would even be superior to…1 vote -

By default, the Cambria Math font is used in the equations. Microsoft Office has partially solved the problem: by combining the "Unicode" and "Text" parameters, it is possible to select a different font (but some mathematical characters still remain in Cambria Math).

Tab Groups
Adding the ability to have multiple documents open and being able to categorize them into different groups. I believe this would make OnlyOffice more organized and easy to navigate when working on bigger projects (e.g. academic research papers).

I miss a "Share document" to eMail, WhatsApp
I miss a "Share document", so I'm able to mail it direct from onlyOffice. (using pdf viewer). At the moment I have to download the document locally and then send it to the user via email.
