Uso no windows 11. Quando imprimimos a planilha, muitas vezes observo que na visualização está ok, mas na impressão, geralmente a ultima linha da planilha apresenta problemas, muitas vezes associada as bordas e outras também com falhas nos textos e imagens.

Insert properties
New property can be added ( after Author, Title, Tags, Subject, Comment ).
Those property could serve as variable in the document.
Just need to add the possibility to insert references in the body of the document.

Ensure underlines in tables are retained when importing doc/doc.x files. For accounts, tables often require underlines and double underlines under summations. These features are dropped when opening doc/doc.x files.

Currently, the spreadsheet editor implements a "Global View Mode" for zoom levels, where adjusting the scale on one sheet forces a synchronized update across all other sheets within the workbook. This creates significant visual cognitive friction for users handling multi-purpose workbooks (e.g., combining high-density data tables with high-level summary dashboards).
Requirement:
The application must transition to a Per-Sheet Zoom State. Each worksheet within a document should maintain its own independent zoom factor as a persistent property of the sheet’s view state1 vote -

SVG images are rasterized (pixelated) when exporting DOCX to PDF
When a DOCX document containing an SVG image (e.g. a vector logo or coat of arms) is exported to PDF, the SVG is rasterized instead of being preserved as a vector object. The result is a blurry, low-quality image in the PDF, especially noticeable when zooming in or printing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert an SVG image into a DOCX document.
2. Export / Save As PDF.
3. Open the resulting PDF — the SVG appears pixelated/blurry.Expected behavior:

Export Presentations to PDF excluding hidden slides
As a user, I want to export a presentation to PDF format. I have marked some slides as hidden in the editor. These slides should not be included in the PDF.

Show futute slides in presenter mode, when using a remote control
When in powerpoint presenter mode, there is a column on the left showing some slides to the presenter. Unfortunately, after going through the first few slides, the "current" slide is shown at the bottom of that left column, so one sees no "future" slides anymore. With only a remote control, one cannot "scroll" the column.
Suggestion: have some mode where the "current" slide is always showing in the midst of the column, so some past slides and (in particular) some future slides are always visible for the presenter.2 votesThank you for your idea, we need some time to review it.

I would like to be able to reorder headings in the Headings Pane by dragging the headers around. Obviously, all content under the affected heading would come along.

May be fantastic to have these functions (from LibreOffice) in OnlyOffice:
- auto-completion of words
- advanced paste (for example, to import formatting from a text into the document)
- set as files default format .odt, .ods and .odp
- show shortcuts when hovering over a function (see image)
- insert title 1, title 2 ecc. with ctrl + 1, ctrl + 2
- display the number of pages and the total number of pages (such as 1/21)
- easy way to export format documents (such as pdf, epub, previw printing)1 vote
