Add the ability to change the orientation of an entire table
When you insert a table into a document, you have to set left, center, or right orientation before you begin. Once the table is created, you can't change the orientation of the entire table. I tried to cut a table, change the orientation, then paste the table back in, and it pasted to its original orientation.

Rich text formatting in comments (bold, italic, lists, etc.)
Comments in document editors serve two distinct purposes: flagging issues and proposing replacement text. For the second use case, Onlyoffice currently has a gap: proposed text cannot carry the formatting it would need in the actual document - bold, italic, heading style, list structure, and so on.
This forces editors into workarounds: writing formatting instructions in plain text alongside the suggestion, or making tracked changes instead of comments. Both degrade the review workflow.

Tracked changes: add a preview mode that allows editing ("simple markup")
Please add a tracked changes view that shows the document as final text while still allowing editing.
At the moment, the preview views are useful for reading, but they block editing. If I notice an error while reviewing a document, I have to leave the preview, find the same place again in a different layout, make the edit, and then switch back. This is slow and disruptive.
What I am requesting is simple: keep tracked changes on, show the document as final text, and still allow edits in that view.

Manual customization of author colors in Track Changes
It would be highly beneficial to allow users to manually change their assigned author color. Currently, the automatically generated colors often result in poor contrast, making it difficult to distinguish and review edits when using the "Track Changes" feature (under the "Collaboration" tab). Implementing manual color selection would significantly improve readability and the overall document review experience.

Remember Last Scroll Position When Reopening Documents
It would be very helpful if documents reopened at the same scroll position where they were when last closed. Currently, when reopening a document, it starts from the beginning, which requires manually scrolling back to the section that was being edited or reviewed.

Improve language feature
I have set up both the UI and Document language to US English, but whenever I try to write a new paragraph, the new text language is in my Keyboard Layout language, Portuguese, and so I have to select the text and set it to US English again for the spellchecker to work.
Solution: Force writing in the Document Language whenever new things are being written, thank you.

Spreadsheet: shortcuts to copy content vertically/horizontally
Both Excel and LibreOffice have a very convenient shortcut: Ctrl+D. When multiple cells are selected vertically, it copies the contents of the top cell to the others below. There is also Ctrl+R, which copies the content from the leftmost selected cell to the rightmost selected cell when cells are selected horizontally.
These shortcuts can significantly boost productivity in many scenarios. I really miss this feature in OnlyOffice.

Disable document language detection based on keyboard layout

Yo escribo en español; sin embargo, mi teclado está en inglés, configurado como EN US intl. Cuando escribo cualquier cosa Onlyoffice, detecta automáticamente el texto como si estuviera en inglés, aun cuando no es así, lo que ocasiona que tenga que modificar manualmente todos los párrafos para poder utilizar la corrección ortográfica.

With DocSpace you should be able to access the files via Windows Explorer similar to how other programs like ownCloud allow you to.

This would be useful for being able to view and edit documents while offline and have those changes merged to DocSpace when back online.
Also it would make things like just attaching a document to an email much easier. Currently to attach something to an email I have to download the document from DocSpace to my computer and then attach that download to an email.

There should be an option to paste inserting rows rather than replacing the data.
In spreadsheets, let's say i have columns that have the following data in them: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I want to copy 2 and 3 after 4. I want to get 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 5. But I cannot, as pasting rows does not insert them, but overwrites the data in them: I get 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3. The same goes for cutting. There should be a setting or contextual option that allows me to choose whether I am inserting the data, or overwriting it.

Digitally sign PDF files
Hello OnlyOffice Team,
I am a user of OnlyOffice Desktop Editors and I am very satisfied with the software. However, I would like to suggest a critical feature: the ability to digitally sign PDF files using a security token/smart card.
Currently, the "Signature" option under the "Protection" tab is available for DOCX files but is missing for PDFs. Since PDF is the standard format for exchanging signed official documents, I still have to use external software (like Adobe Acrobat) just to apply a signature.
Adding native PDF signing (PAdES standard) would make OnlyOffice a complete solution for my workflow. Thank…

Direct Access to Document Grid (UI Improvement)
The option to display a grid for object and text alignment is either inaccessible or missing from the main toolbars.
