Multiple windows (view two documents side-by-side)
I would love to be able to view two different documents at once without switching between tabs. Ideal implementation would allow for click-and-dragging a tab out of the tab area to create a new window (like how most web browsers treat tabs).

Google Fonts
Since this whole thing is web forward, can we just have the Google Font library available? Maybe as an opt-in thing you could toggle on or off in settings?

Make comments searchable
Currently searching via ctl-F or the Find and Replace tool does not search text in comments, and I can find no other way to search the contents of comments. Adding the ability to search comments would be very useful, particularly for documents with many comments by different authors.

Favorits to Pin Frequent Files/Folders
It would be really useful to have a Favorites section in Documents where we could pin frequently used files and folders. This would save time by keeping important items easily accessible instead of having to navigate through multiple folders repeatedly.

Tab Groups
Adding the ability to have multiple documents open and being able to categorize them into different groups. I believe this would make OnlyOffice more organized and easy to navigate when working on bigger projects (e.g. academic research papers).

Upload Fonts / DocSpace Font Repository
It would be nice to be able to upload fonts we use.
On new mobile clients, I can manually add fonts, which is great. But if the client is using the editor app on Linux desktop or mobile, they won't see the fonts they don't have installed.
Given the centralized and room based nature of the whole thing, it would make sense to me to be able to push the fonts out from the DocSpace itself. Or at least keep them in a place where everyone who is Editor or above can easily go get them at the DocSpace.

Add Confidential options with 'locked' icons
I suggest the option for Confidential options within the data room folders, or specific documents.
For example, let's say you want to include all related documents in a data room for stage 1 discussions, but you don't want to give them access to some of the documents that are disclosed in stage 2. To keep the whole presentation organised you want all documents in one data room.
To create a separate data room for stage 2 is messy and confusing. I think a better solution is to allow a locked icon to be displayed for documents not accessible for that…

Make Tabs work in Headers (and Footers) and correct Default docx Template
Default template must be exported from Word in order to create proper header tab marks and it is still very difficult to insert page number and move header text around to correct places with "tab" key as expected.
Default should have a left tab 'holder' at left margin, a right tab 'holder' at right margin and a center tab 'holder' in the center. This should work with both metric and imperial rulers and margin size changes.

Search Feature for Features
If I am looking for a line break, or a feature and can't find it, then a Search Bar for features like those and where to find them would be nice.

Open .XLT files
It seems that Excel 97-2003 templates (.XLT) are not supported, or at least they are not listed in the Open dialog on Windows

It would be good to have a "Save as ..." option.
One often wants to preserve a document in its original form, while having amended versions, each with their own file name. For example, LibreOffice has both "Save as ..." and "Save a copy ...", which I use frequently in my workflow as a copy-editor.
Thanks for a great product, though!2 votesClosed as Invalid due to no response.

Reorganize pages in the DOCX Documents Editor

Embed fonts in presentations
Embedding fonts in a presentation in Linux is a must if you use beautiful fonts to differentiate your presentation from others.
It makes the document immediately portable which is lacking feature taking into account how good this product is. IDK if this feature is available in other platforms.2 votesClosed as Invalid due to no response.

Converting Markdown to formatted text
Markdown is a wonderful format for formatting text across platforms. However, readability is limited without an appropriate display program that implements the formatting accordingly. It would be fantastic (and a unique selling point compared to MS Office) if OnlyOffice had integrated a Markdown converter. Many texts are formatted in Markdown (especially if they were generated by AI). It would be great if OnlyOffice could convert, for example, the written Markdown formatting (e.g., this is bold) into “normal formatting” in the document. The same applies to tables and other Markdown markups. If OnlyOffice could also create a Markdown .mk or…

Spell Checking Idea
I am running Only Office on a Chromebook using either Firefox or Chrome browsers. When turning off spellcheck for a document, the next time it is opened the spellcheck is once again active and has to be turned off again in order to avoid the "red underlines". It would be nice to be able to permanently turn off spellchecking for a given document.
