“Make a Copy” option
A simple “Make a Copy” feature that allows users to duplicate a file (like a document or spreadsheet) and save it to another folder. This would make it easier to reuse templates without downloading and re-uploading every time.

It would be good to have a "Save as ..." option.
One often wants to preserve a document in its original form, while having amended versions, each with their own file name. For example, LibreOffice has both "Save as ..." and "Save a copy ...", which I use frequently in my workflow as a copy-editor.

Function for highlighting repeated words within the text.
Having selected a word with the cursor, pressing a particular key allows the identical word present within the text on the page to be highlighted with a different color, until the key is released. This function is important for visually and instantly identifying unnecessary words repeated within the same sentence or period that can be replaced with synonyms.

proofread is not easy
As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. This is really annoying.…

A right click on a style should propose to select all text with this style.

Print options could be extended to include page numbers, and also things like page x of n, dates, title, filename etc.
When printing a document, additional features could be added to allow page numbers, and additional fields such as total number of pages in the document, the date, file name and path, and others.

Color de fondo de la interfaz
Cambiar el color de fondo de la interfaz de cada app en función de en la que se esté trabajando Docs azul, Calc verde, PDF rojo,... incluso en modo oscuro es más agradable poder tener un tono no tan oscuro.
