Give users the ability to compress/optimize PDF to reduce file size
This suggestion of giving the users the ability to compress/optimize PDF files to reduce file size, applies to the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app Windows version
Within the app I did not find a feature to compress/optimize PDF files in order to reduce file size.
Other competitive apps such as: Adobe Acrobat Pro, Qoppa’s PDF Studio Pro, PDFgear, Wondershare’s PDFelement and Foxit PDF Editor to name a view, do have such a feature that can shrink PDF files and reduce their file size, without having to remove any page or other necessary content (e.g. images) that needs to stay in place.

First and foremost, thank you so much for the invaluable product you are offering to the community. I deeply appreciate the work and dedication that goes into making ONLYOFFICE such a powerful and accessible tool.
I use ONLYOFFICE on my Ubuntu system as a replacement for both Microsoft Office and LibreOffice, and I’ve been consistently impressed by its performance, intuitive design, and rich feature set.

E-signature for docs and forms
I suggest to create a eSignature feature in OnlyOffice, so various persons can sign a document, so it will be formally signed (not just an signature-image in the document), and leagally binding without having a papir printout of it.

Open a document (DOC and XLS) on the page where it was last closed
When one works in a document, like a book or a tutorial, that work takes a huge amount of time. So, when open a document to resume the work, it would improve it, avoiding to every time look for the page where one was working when the document was last closed. The same way, when one works with spreadsheets and one closes it in an column that is not visible initially, it would help a lot if that spreadsheet would be positioned in the column when the spreadsheet was last closed.

Add a 'go to' setting which allows finding , for instance, a specific page.
Scrolling through a book-length document to find a specific page or footnote or picture, etc., is a hit and miss proposition. Instead, the scroll bar should indicate where you are. Or there should be a 'go to' option, perhaps in the 'Reference' menu.

Application's toolbar, etc. (not documents) font sizes are too small
The ONLYOFFICE font sizes for the application toolbar, etc. are too small and cause eye strain. Please make them larger or allow an option to do so.

Spreadsheet: shortcuts to copy content vertically/horizontally
Both Excel and LibreOffice have a very convenient shortcut: Ctrl+D. When multiple cells are selected vertically, it copies the contents of the top cell to the others below. There is also Ctrl+R, which copies the content from the leftmost selected cell to the rightmost selected cell when cells are selected horizontally.
These shortcuts can significantly boost productivity in many scenarios. I really miss this feature in OnlyOffice.

Mini toolbar for quick formatting when text is selected
In Microsoft Office, when you select text with the mouse, a mini toolbar is displayed, as shown here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-the-mini-toolbar-to-format-text-47012f83-b553-40a9-b7de-f038876f4db3. It has options for changing fonts, alignment, text color, margins, and markers.
When you move the mouse to another location or start typing, the Mini toolbar disappears.
This is particularly useful when performing repeated formatting tasks, as it prevents having to move continuously back and forth across the screen from text to top left of the bar.
It would be great to have something like this too on OO, perhaps with the possibility to enable/disable it.

A function that allows you to return to the previous reading point.
It is often required to return, not to a specific page, but to the previous reading point. In the pdfs you will not find this function, so it would be useful to implement it.

Transparency of images and image background
Apply transparency effect on .png images in all Editors.
I noticed that .png images that have no background in Presentation and Document appear as white background, which causes many issues in presentations and in pdf generated documents.
Please check this technical issue and evaluate the possibility of including the feature of from the "Picture Format > Adjust > Color > Set transparent color", which is directly correlated with this spec of no background.
I'm attaching 2 situations comparing OnlyOffice (left) and PowerPoint (right).

updating links warnings, too much
So my problem is that whenever I open an xlsx file in OnlyOffice, I am "warned" about external links: "this workbook contains links to one or more external sources that could be unsafe. if you trust the links, update them to get the latest data.". So I wanted to turn that warning off.
Under "Data" I go to "external Links", in hopes of find a setting to stop warning me. I found the setting! Just enable "Automatically update data from the linked source" and the external sources are found above. Great. Now when I open it, I get a different…

Allow printing specific pages or ranges
Allow printing multiple specific pages AND multiple page ranges in the print dialog. For example print pages 1, 2-4, 7. Currently this gives an error that says "Print either a single page number or a single page range."

Relative Path Feature Issue
Hello ONLYOFFICE Team,
The relative path feature does not work as expected. When selecting resources, only files (like .png) can be chosen, not folders. Additionally, paths always appear as full paths, requiring manual editing to create relative paths.
Folder selection support and proper relative path handling would improve usability.

Digitally sign PDF files
Hello OnlyOffice Team,
I am a user of OnlyOffice Desktop Editors and I am very satisfied with the software. However, I would like to suggest a critical feature: the ability to digitally sign PDF files using a security token/smart card.
Currently, the "Signature" option under the "Protection" tab is available for DOCX files but is missing for PDFs. Since PDF is the standard format for exchanging signed official documents, I still have to use external software (like Adobe Acrobat) just to apply a signature.
Adding native PDF signing (PAdES standard) would make OnlyOffice a complete solution for my workflow. Thank…
