Do I understand correctly that you are using web version of ONLYOFFICE Docs integrated into Infomaniak storage? If so, can you specify the version of the editors? You can find this information on the left panel in "About" section.

ONLYOFFICE editors natively work with OOXML file formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX), thus save files in these formats by default. Have you encountered a processor that allows changing default saving options?

You can change the size of an image from image advanced settings. Click on an image, on the right panel "Image settings" section will open, click on "Show advanced settings" on the panel, in new window open "Size" section, here you can specify the sizes. By default, the unit is inherited from regional settings, but you can type in values in necessary units and they will be converted, e.g. 2cm or 2".

Thank you for the comment. The suggestion to add pages manager with possibility to extract specific pages from the file to a separate file exist. Would it suffice your goal?

It's not quite clear where a user should be able to select the pages to save as PNG.
There is also a workaround for that: you can select all pages and deselect the ones you want to save as PNG or select only unnecessary pages, remove selected pages and then save the rest of pages as PDF. Once saved, you can simply use CTRL + Z to undo the page removal and have both original PDF and only certain pages saved as PNG.
As for the second idea on saving certain areas of the page as an image: please create a separate idea for that. Thank you.

Can you name a processor that allows such control?
This also rises a concern about files that require restoration, for instance, when the system fails. There is a separate list for such files, is it supposed to be controlled to?

You can increase app scaling in the settings of Desktop Editors. From the main screen go to Settings > Interface Scaling and choose a higher value.
If you are referring to a different type of setting, please share any reference. A link to the documentation of any other processor about that would be much appreciated.

If you are using Desktop Editors, you can change the username in settings from the main screen of the app. Is that what you are referring to?

Please clarify your suggestion. Attached screenshot does not belong to PDF editor, thus the description is unclear. Do you suggest including annotations into the comments tab on the left toolbar?

"Export" option allows saving file to a custom location on the device. You can open a document you want to save, click on three dots in upper right corner, choose "Export" a follow a dialog prompts to choose a new location.
This should suffice the goal. Please let me know if it works for you.

Saving slides as images in 720p is a common practice within most popular office suites. Have you encountered a presentation processor that allows configuring the resolution of slides when saving as an image?

If you want to upload a file from your device to DocSpace, you need to log in to your DocSpace via Cloud tab, then select a place, e.g. a room, and upload file there.
On the other hand, if you want to have the file locally in the app, you can import it directly into the app by using a + sign in the On Device section.

Just as a reference: may I ask you to record whole process on a video for better understanding of all steps? There is no need to capture the work of a scanner, only the steps from the app interface.

Thanks for the info. May I know what happens right after hitting that "Scan" button? Does it process the file with scanner and open resulting PDF right away?

Can you reference a documentation that describes how named processor scans a document to a PDF? From what I was able to find, even though it creates a PDF, the content inside is still a picture and it requires OCR to get the text from the PDF.

Thank you for the information. The suggestion for changes display has been registered. However, the colored cannot be implemented right now due to restrictions in collaborative editing – basically, all types of changes from different users are highlighted with different color, which will result in a inappropriate amount of colors, when several users are working in a document at the same time.

I am not aware of a processor that works in Track Changes mode with different colors. Can you name one?

As far as I know, named software works with PDF files – do you use a processing app for documents that also allows viewing the file in such mode?

Just to clarify: do you mean displaying only the document in fullscreen and without any visible interface elements like close button? If you are familiar with a processor that works in such mode, please share a name for the reference.
Can you provide a screenshot of the described issue for better understanding?
