Show futute slides in presenter mode, when using a remote control
When in powerpoint presenter mode, there is a column on the left showing some slides to the presenter. Unfortunately, after going through the first few slides, the "current" slide is shown at the bottom of that left column, so one sees no "future" slides anymore. With only a remote control, one cannot "scroll" the column.
Suggestion: have some mode where the "current" slide is always showing in the midst of the column, so some past slides and (in particular) some future slides are always visible for the presenter.1 vote -
Headings Reordering
I would like to be able to reorder headings in the Headings Pane by dragging the headers around. Obviously, all content under the affected heading would come along.
As a reference, the Obsidian markdown editor does this very nicely.1 vote -
auto-completion of words
May be fantastic to have these functions (from LibreOffice) in OnlyOffice:
- auto-completion of words
- advanced paste (for example, to import formatting from a text into the document)
- set as files default format .odt, .ods and .odp
- show shortcuts when hovering over a function (see image)
- insert title 1, title 2 ecc. with ctrl + 1, ctrl + 2
- display the number of pages and the total number of pages (such as 1/21)

Save ignored words
Ignored words of a vocabulary are not saved. They are lost when the document is re-opened (infomaniak). this is very annoying

Multiple instances in iPad
In the iPad/tablet version, please allow multiple windows/Tabs of the app to be opened at the same time, so that we can work on multiple documents at the same time. It is very troublesome to be required to close the current document just to copy a line or a picture from another document.

Remove personal information from file
An option that removes information about the author from the file, for example the author of the document, but also the author of the comments. This is often necessary for double-blind peer review in academia.

Have Document Editors available as a share target on mobile
If I have a file open (such as a pdf) in any app on Android and choose the share option, "Documents" (Document Editors) doesn’t show up as an option to share to.
I would like to share the file to Documents to then upload the file to my DocSpace instance.

Calculations in a table (table embedded in a saved PDF form)
OnlyOffice allows you to add PDF form fields (text, checkboxes, lists, etc.), but it doesn't support automatic calculations in PDFs, unlike Adobe Acrobat which allows the use of JavaScript in forms.
It would be great if this were possible.

Create an app to manage to-do lists, such as Todoist or Super Productivity.
An app for managing to-do lists, such as Todoist, RTM or Super Productivity, would be extremely useful.
It would be even better if it could connect to existing to-do list systems.
Having OnlyOffice open and being able to manage to-do lists without having to exit the app would be a huge added value to the system.3 votes -
Funcionalidad para tabletas
Cuando estoy en la hoja de calculo se puede navegar con las flechas cuando se tiene un teclado en una tableta que tiene OS de android, el tema es que aun asi no puedo escribir hasta no seleccionar la celda con el tactil, seria bueno tener una funcionalidad en el cual se pueda trabajar como si fuera en pc de escritorio.

Please add a function to scrub metadata prior to final save of documents.
I would like to see the ability to scrub metadata and remove custom data, meta data and personal information from documents prior to final save before sharing.

Add ability to set the interface language and the default document language independently.
Dear ONLYOFFICE Team,
I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve usability for multilingual users: the ability to set the interface language and the default document language independently.
Currently, changing the interface language also affects the default language used for spellcheck and grammar in new documents. This can be limiting for users who prefer to work with the UI in one language (e.g., English) but primarily write documents in another (e.g., German, Spanish, etc.).
Proposed Improvement:

Smooth Scrolling and Multiple Page View for PDF Viewing
Scrolling in PDFs feels a bit stuttery, especially in longer files. Smoother scrolling would make reading a lot nicer.
Also, it would be great to have multiple page view (side-by-side or continuous). I like this feature in document editing and would love to have it for PDFs too.

Font for files written in Arabic
Hello.
Please change the font for files written in Arabic in your OnlyOffice software. The best font that should be set as default is: Noto Sans Arabic or Noto Naskh Arabic
