I am writing as a regular user who greatly appreciates your software. To help streamline the workflow for myself and many others, I would like to suggest two practical feature additions for the document editor.
Firstly, it would be incredibly helpful to have a standard, user-assignable keyboard shortcut dedicated to changing text case (like UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case). A common shortcut in other editors is Shift+F3. Currently, in the browser-based version, this key combination is unavailable as it is captured for the browser's own search function. Merci pour votre application. Je suggère qu'on puisse paramètrer le client mail avec lequel le document est envoyé. En effet, je suis sur Mac OS et lorsque je clique "envoyer" cela ouvre Apple Mail qui n'est pas le client que j'utilise.

A shortcut to close all open sheets at once while automatically saving changes (similar to Excel’s Shift+Close behavior).
I really enjoy using ONLYOFFICE Sheets and find it very powerful. I wanted to suggest a feature that I think would improve workflow for users who work with multiple spreadsheets simultaneously:

Checkboxes in Spreadsheets

Could you please add the checkbox button for spreadsheets? Just like the checkboxes available in the web version of Excel on Office.com. Currently, when copying data and hovering over various paste options (e.g., Paste Values, Paste Formatting, Transpose), there is no visual indication of how the data will look until it is actually clicked. This often results in having to "undo" and try again if the wrong option is chosen.

Presentations Editor Presenter View - Show next Animation
When you are presenting a presentation with multiple animations per slide, competing presentation editors show the next animation/slide in presenter view. If the presenter is someone like me who shows data figures section by section to walk the audience through it by removing white boxes with animations, its impossible to see what's going to be shown on click without this. Onlyoffice currently just has a slide list with a scroll bar, which makes it unusable for when I give seminars. Ability on MacOS open a file in a separate window instead of a tab.
On Mac OS open a file in a separate window instead of a tab. We use Apple computers and can't open for example a spreadsheet in one window and a presentation in a separate window. Often we need the information from one file to work on another file. Having only the option on a Mac to switch between tabs reduces productivity considerably.

Useability on iPad Pro
When trying to use your equivalent of Word on my iPad (ipadOS18 and also the Public Beta 2) I note that I am unable to zoom out of the page and I’m forced to view at full page width which, for me, makes this unusable as the text is just too big. I’ll move across from M365 when you change this…

The plugin of Mendeley for Documents. Rigth now the Mendeley plugin shows a message that says "This element does'nt work on desktop mode".

Synology Drive Integration with Real Time Collaboration
Many of us use Synology Drive to be completely independent from Microsoft & Co.
Of course I can use Onlyoffice with any file that is synced via the Synology Drive Client to my local harddrive, but that lacks the realtime collaboration.
I know, there is Nextcloud, that I could install on my Synology -- but then there is no real connect with the Shared Folders, permissions defined in Synology, and so on.
If there was a true integration of Onlyoffice with Synology Drive (respecting roles, rights, permissions, and so on) that would be awesome to many.

Print options are limited
Print in sheets is very bad on iPad os. Selection print doesn’t scale my table in sheet, but at least a scaling option to have . Excel people have hard time printing. And printing options are limited in general

Any possibilty for word goal addition?
I'm a writer, so I'd love to have some kind of a word goal addition/plugin to keep track of my progress! Couldn't seem to find any that is compatible to OnlyOffice. Note, not talking about Word counter, though it is nice, it's a bit clunky having to highlight to know your progress.

Custom fonts are not imported when opening .pptx files
Opening .pptx files in ONLYOFFICE Documents Editor will not import fonts that are not installed to the system, breaking some slideshows that use custom text (which is extremely common). Since fonts are not easily extracted from .pptx files by the average user, this compatibility feature is important for a productive and pleasant user experience.
Additionally, embedding fonts into MS-Office Suite Compatible file extensions is necessary for complete compatibility for such files (.pptx, .docx, etc).
