To be able to choose which folder is opening when going to docspace on the web
I would like to be able to configure, which folder is being opened when going to my doc space online. Actually it opens "Rooms" But I do have my files in a different folder.

A complete diagram editor
Now with the introduction of a diagram viewer I think that OnlyOffice should have a complete editor similar to Microsoft Visio or LibreOffice Draw and this would call many users of these programs and complete the suite.

dark or gray view
Hello, team, I suffer from blue light from the monitor and now I have to wear glasses, the color white is painful for me. I have to set the colors of the cells in the spreadsheet to gray or dark, and the font colors to cyan, green, gray, or white to reduce the amount of pain. The same goes for PDF, documents. Please set a default color like this, and I will be grateful with my eyes and all my heart.

Sugiro que, se desenvolve uma Entrada de Bibliografia Automática, assim como temos no MS Office e no LibreOffice. Isso facilitaria o uso do app para trabalhos académicos e a integração facilitada com o Zotero.
O LibreOffice tem muito potencial e uma filosofia muito boa, mas para pessoas como eu, que tem que trabalhar com a escrita constante de artigos académicos, ter que transcrever o tempo todo as referências em cada citação, é um trabalho muito penoso.
Assim, introduzir a funcionalidade de entrada bibliográfica automática seria uma óptima ideia.

Set "Open file in the same tab" to false by default
Currently, when installing connector app for Nextcloud "Open file in the same tab" option is checked, which defines that the document must be opened in the same tab. I think it is much more usable to open files in separate tab, so I suggest either changing the option to "Open the file in separate tab" or making current one disabled by default.

Add possibility to create partial backups
Currently, admins can only create full backup of portal data. I suggest adding a possibility to create partial backups, for instance, backups of certain rooms, folders, etc.

Shortcuts to arrange things (move to background/foreground, etc) in slides
Software like powerpoint, illustrator, etc allow you to move objects forward and backward between layers. Presently, both use ctrl+[ for backwards and ctrl+] for forwards. Holding shift modifies them to move all the way backwards ( ctrl+{ ) and all the way to the foreground ( ctrl+} ). The functionality already exists via the right click context menu under the arrange option, so I'd imagine it would not be challenging to implement. It would make life so much easier needing to rely on the dropdown a layer deep in the right click menu every time.

Open PDF from Last Viewed Page
Right now, when I open a PDF, it always starts on the first page. It would be great if I had an option to have it remember the page I was on. For example, if I close the PDF on page 20, I'd like it to open straight to page 20 next time.

Please add auto-open option for exported PDFs. A simple checkbox in export dialog would save users from manually opening each saved file.

Default Styles for Presentation Elements
I would like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows users to define and save default styles for presentation elements, such as text boxes, shapes, and images.
Currently, whenever I insert a new element, I need to manually reapply the desired formatting. This process is repetitive and time-consuming, especially when working on large presentations.
The ability to set a “Default Style” for objects or to create reusable custom style presets that are automatically applied to new elements would significantly improve workflow efficiency, ensure consistency across slides, and enhance the overall user experience.
