Add “Web Layout” / Pageless View Mode
Hi,
It would be incredibly helpful to have a “Web Layout” or pageless view mode in OnlyOffice, especially for users who work on screen rather than for print.Microsoft Word offers a similar view that removes page breaks and shows the document as one continuous flow, which greatly improves readability and usability for digital editing.
Please consider adding this feature to the desktop and online editors.

Allow printing specific pages or ranges
Allow printing multiple specific pages AND multiple page ranges in the print dialog. For example print pages 1, 2-4, 7. Currently this gives an error that says "Print either a single page number or a single page range."

A function that allows you to return to the previous reading point.
It is often required to return, not to a specific page, but to the previous reading point. In the pdfs you will not find this function, so it would be useful to implement it.

Setting fonts for CJK (Asian) and Latin (Western) text separately
Problem Description: The current font system in OnlyOffice Desktop Editors only allows a single font to be applied to a text selection or style. This is a critical limitation for users in CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) regions.
In CJK typography, it is standard and essential practice to specify one font for CJK characters (e.g., SimSun, Source Han Serif) and a different font for Latin/Western characters (e.g., Times New Roman).
Currently, if a user sets the font to Times New Roman (which lacks CJK glyphs), the CJK characters are rendered using an uncontrollable system-level font fallback (e.g., SimSun on Windows, PingFang…

Have a function to display a document as a notebook (as a "simple" alternative to OneNote or Evernote)
I am on the hunt for a note tool that would replace my use of OneNote on both PC and Mobile.
The way I understand it, on PC at least, it could be technically possible to have a view of a document, in which different sections of the document would appear as separate notes, even though for a data storage standpoint, the data is essentially a text document.
The advantage would be to have what looks like a notebook, including notes and a hierarchy within the notebook.

I miss a "Share document" to eMail, WhatsApp
I miss a "Share document", so I'm able to mail it direct from onlyOffice. (using pdf viewer). At the moment I have to download the document locally and then send it to the user via email.

Scrolling improvements
In the ONLYOFFICE PDF editor/reader, scrolling is currently quite limited compared to other readers. I’d like to suggest a set of improvements that would greatly enhance navigation, especially in PDFs, but could also be useful in text and spreadsheet editors:
Middle-click autoscroll:
Clicking the mouse wheel should activate auto-scroll (with an anchor), letting the user move smoothly up/down/left/right by moving the mouse. This is standard in most PDF readers (browsers, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).Adjustable scroll speed:

Printing 4 pages per sheet
When I want to print a file with a lot of pages, I want to be able to put 2 pages per side of a sheet, so a total of 4 pages per double-sided sheet at the output of the print (and consequently we go from portrait to landscape format).

Add WD My Cloud Home as a connector (for Desktop Editors)
As the title suggests, I suggest adding a connector with WD My Cloud Home. For those who don't know what it is, WD My Cloud Home is simply a NAS server designed for the general public. With this type of NAS server, it's possible to consult the files stored (on our server) via a web interface and a mobile application. It would therefore be interesting to be able to connect OnlyOffice (especially Desktop Editors) to this NAS storage solution produced by Western Digital.

dark or gray view
Hello, team, I suffer from blue light from the monitor and now I have to wear glasses, the color white is painful for me. I have to set the colors of the cells in the spreadsheet to gray or dark, and the font colors to cyan, green, gray, or white to reduce the amount of pain. The same goes for PDF, documents. Please set a default color like this, and I will be grateful with my eyes and all my heart.

Find & Replace via Formatting
Please provide more options for find and replace so as to be able to, for example:
Find and replace all text in red so as to make it white (and thus invisible)
Word's find and replace, for example, is very featureful to allow various formatting replacements in a large document.
(still an issue in 9.0 Desktop Editors)

I need an option to protect some parts of the text in files from editing. Like I share a document with people and this text have parts that can be viewed only but not edited. Something like microsoft has... Thanks.

Minimize ribbon / menu toolbar on spreadsheets
I'm using spreadsheets on a laptop, so maximizing the working screen space is vital
Would be great to have a toolbar menu that appears / overlays when the mouse hovers over or clicks on the tab (eg home / insert / view etc)
Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Transparency of images and image background
Apply transparency effect on .png images in all Editors.
I noticed that .png images that have no background in Presentation and Document appear as white background, which causes many issues in presentations and in pdf generated documents.
Please check this technical issue and evaluate the possibility of including the feature of from the "Picture Format > Adjust > Color > Set transparent color", which is directly correlated with this spec of no background.
I'm attaching 2 situations comparing OnlyOffice (left) and PowerPoint (right).

Auto-complete spreadsheet
As with other spreadsheet editors, it would be desirable to be able to enable or disable auto-complete for cell values. In many situations, this function is not helpful for the input process, but rather disrupts the workflow.

Dark mode color adjust possible?
make the selected items in more colors of more contrast. When in dark mode. it's difficult to see what you selected since it's also dark, especially the "style" part.
