Useability on iPad Pro
When trying to use your equivalent of Word on my iPad (ipadOS18 and also the Public Beta 2) I note that I am unable to zoom out of the page and I’m forced to view at full page width which, for me, makes this unusable as the text is just too big. I’ll move across from M365 when you change this…

Resizable dialog boxes
I think it would be great if the dialog boxes were resizable.
Why? Because sometimes it has a lot of content you need to view and edit but the small size make it barely usable.
This is especially true when you need to manage a large list of conditionnal formatting rules: it's really difficult to do it due to the lack of a global view.

Certificates + electronic timestamp
I miss the ability to generate a Digital Signature or a printable/PDF Digital Certificate with Digest (SHA256) digital hash verification, and encrypted electronic timestamp with eIDAS qualified service (QTSP) for documents added.
This helps with:
-- Legal proof that the document has not been changed after the time stamp
-- Time stamps from qualified trusted service providers, e.g. D-TRUST
-- Very high evidential value according to EU regulation eIDAS-VO
-- Internationally standardized (RFC 3161)
-- Easy use of time stamps with digiSeal software and integration into processesOr it can be available as a plugin feature.

workflow approval system
One feature that could be particularly useful for us is the ability to set up a document approval workflow, where different users are assigned roles and documents pass through specific approval stages before final confirmation.
We often deal with scenarios where, for example, a draft contract needs to be reviewed by several team members before being approved by a manager. We manage approvals manually, but a feature allowing us to assign reviewers, define steps, and track approval status would make this process much more efficient and transparent.
Some parts of this might be imitated using forms, but a dedicated approval…

Zoom and crop an excel print area in the Paper preview.
In Excel The Problem sometimes is, that you have a perfect looking page. Table high font size and so on, but then you try to Print it and you ge that your page is way to smal or too big to fill tha paper perfectly.
At moment, you have to manually ajust a zoom value but miss a live Preview.
(In most cases my tables are too small, and I have to Print them above 120% zoom.)
I propose to have an editable Live Preview where I could see how it would be printed, but I could ajust inside.Featues…

Minimize ribbon / menu toolbar on spreadsheets
I'm using spreadsheets on a laptop, so maximizing the working screen space is vital
Would be great to have a toolbar menu that appears / overlays when the mouse hovers over or clicks on the tab (eg home / insert / view etc)
Otherwise, keep up the great work!

pdf compression
please do pdf compression when save as from word doc to pdf or have an option to toggle! Office does auto compression while preserving quality. yours doesn't! what a bummer!

Transparency of images and image background
Apply transparency effect on .png images in all Editors.
I noticed that .png images that have no background in Presentation and Document appear as white background, which causes many issues in presentations and in pdf generated documents.
Please check this technical issue and evaluate the possibility of including the feature of from the "Picture Format > Adjust > Color > Set transparent color", which is directly correlated with this spec of no background.
I'm attaching 2 situations comparing OnlyOffice (left) and PowerPoint (right).

As with other spreadsheet editors, it would be desirable to be able to enable or disable auto-complete for cell values. In many situations, this function is not helpful for the input process, but rather disrupts the workflow.

Text and Shape Effects
I’m requesting the addition of ‘Text Effects’ functionality to OnlyOffice, specifically the ability to apply effects like glows to both text and shapes. This is a commonly used feature in Microsoft PowerPoint, where I frequently utilize glow effects to visually separate text from its background, creating a highlight and enhancing readability. I believe this would be a valuable addition for users who regularly create presentations.

In general I like sending documents via E-Mail. So I would like to have a button which opens my Mail program and attaches it to a new Message so I only have to E-Mail Address, edit the subject and write the E-Mail.

this suggestion of giving the users the ability to merge/combine PDF files, applies to the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app Windows version
When I tried to find a way of merging / combining 4 PDF files, I did not find it anywhere in the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app. The only thing I found is how to compare and/or combine 2 or more Word documents.

AI Excel sheets access
AI is not able to read sheets in the excel document. Its downloading as text and only the primary sheet is available. It would be great to be able to read all sheets.

Create an app to manage to-do lists, such as Todoist or Super Productivity.
An app for managing to-do lists, such as Todoist, RTM or Super Productivity, would be extremely useful.
It would be even better if it could connect to existing to-do list systems.
Having OnlyOffice open and being able to manage to-do lists without having to exit the app would be a huge added value to the system.2 votes -
