  2. Greetings.
When importing or copying image to document from file system it has wrapping style "in line with text" by default.
It would be nice if a user can set the default wrapping style for importing and copying images in setting (for example to "In front of Text").
    Thank you!

  3. When printing a presentation I have not been able to print it with the slide and the notes (or annotations) I've made. A print output similar to what I see when I click 'Show the Presenter View'.
Please see the attached file. Print-Both-Slide-And-Notes is showing what I see when I edit my PPT presentation : slide and notes. I would like to see both slide and notes in the Print Options. Something similar to the second image Print-Similar-To-Presenter-View.
This is really something I do miss !

  4. Just recently I've installed the ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors app version 9.1.0.167 on my Desktop PC running OS Windows 10 Pro x64-bit.

For better security and privacy interests, my suggestion is to give the user the ability of full control of managing the amount of 'Recent files' to be stored or not stored at all. This for instance by way of a counter setting ranging from 0 (nothing stored nor to be cleared) to a higher number in steps of e.g. 5 or 10 and so on. Besides better security and privacy, most other "free" (open source included) Document / File…

  5. It would be nice if Writer/DOCX showed all comments on the right side with connector lines, like in LibreOffice.
Right now, they’re all shown on the left, and you can only see where each one refers to when you click on it.

  6. There should be a way to save a slide as a large hi-def image (or matching size of the slide). Saving all slides as a folder of low def 720p images is unnecessarily resource consuming and doesn't achieve the goal, esp. if you use the app for image compositing.

  7. Dear OnlyOffice Team,

I am writing to request the inclusion of a Data Form dialog feature in OnlyOffice, similar to what is available in LibreOffice Calc and Excel Desktop. This tool is extremely useful for quick and structured data entry, especially when working with wide tables.
Adding this feature would greatly improve efficiency for users who rely on OnlyOffice for data management and would make the software more competitive with other office suites.

Thank you for considering this request.
    Sincerely,
    Sk Reyaz Amin

  8. As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. This is really annoying.…

  12. Software like powerpoint, illustrator, etc allow you to move objects forward and backward between layers. Presently, both use ctrl+[ for backwards and ctrl+] for forwards. Holding shift modifies them to move all the way backwards ( ctrl+{ ) and all the way to the foreground ( ctrl+} ). The functionality already exists via the right click context menu under the arrange option, so I'd imagine it would not be challenging to implement. It would make life so much easier needing to rely on the dropdown a layer deep in the right click menu every time.

  13. Feature: Auto-Open After Export

    Description:
After saving/exporting a document as PDF, automatically open the file with the default PDF viewer. This would provide immediate confirmation that the export was successful and save users from manually navigating to and opening each exported file.

    Suggested Implementation:

Add a checkbox in the "Save As" dialog labeled "Open after export"

Make it a persistent user preference in Settings

Apply to all export formats (PDF, images, etc.)

    Benefit:
Eliminates the manual step of opening exported files, creating a smoother workflow for users who frequently export documents for sharing or review.

  17. Dear ONLYOFFICE Team,

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve usability for multilingual users: the ability to set the interface language and the default document language independently.

Currently, changing the interface language also affects the default language used for spellcheck and grammar in new documents. This can be limiting for users who prefer to work with the UI in one language (e.g., English) but primarily write documents in another (e.g., German, Spanish, etc.).

    Proposed Improvement:

Add separate settings in the preferences panel:

One for selecting the interface language.

Another for setting the default language for new

  18. It is very important if the document or sheet has a large size of data on it, especially after you edit some data in the middle of a hundred pages of document or thousands of rows/columns of a sheet. You will want the cursor to be at the last space you closed it last time rather than at the home again.

I saw it in the forum but was persuaded that it was only happened if the sheet had frozen rows/columns, however, almost 90% of files I have been using do have frozen rows/columns, especially those who are working in…

  19. LM Studio offers similar functionality to Ollama for running models locally. The advantage of LM Studio is that macOS users can leverage the MLX architecture to speed up inference, making a significant difference on lighter hardware.

  20. One feature that could be particularly useful for us is the ability to set up a document approval workflow, where different users are assigned roles and documents pass through specific approval stages before final confirmation.

We often deal with scenarios where, for example, a draft contract needs to be reviewed by several team members before being approved by a manager. We manage approvals manually, but a feature allowing us to assign reviewers, define steps, and track approval status would make this process much more efficient and transparent.

Some parts of this might be imitated using forms, but a dedicated approval…
