Include option to remove download feature from everyone in DocSpace including editors and users within contacts. Not just by sharing a link but within the room settings themselves or by creating an overall global role to prevent downloading even for editors.

I have long comments on many words and reading them from a monitor is quite difficult because their text size is small. Please add option to increase size of text in comments.

add a project structure for organizing multiple documents of different types into a coherent project
I use text editors and spreadsheets for world building and writing stories. It ends up being gigantic projects with hundreds of thousand of words, multiple tables, pictures, external links, pictures, etc...
I would love to be able to separate the various parts of the background in multiple documents of different types. Think for world building: a different file for each region or country, another or several other for the different factions, a table for the resources available per region or faction, maybe another for a relationship graph, etc...
Ideally, it would largely resemble the headings list in the left panel,…

It's impossible to open files protected password files created with LibreOffice
When I try to open a file created with LibreOffice and protected with a password, it appears an error message after typing the password and it fails (OnlyOffice Desktop) .

Formula updates across tables across sheets
Currently formulas only update between tables on the same spreadsheet page, but do not update where the formula references a table item in another sheet. This easily leads to errors as it is not expected behaviour and not obvious that the update has not occurred. PLEASE fix this issue.

autoformat of lines height
in big tables, when you have long text in some cells, you may need to make height autoformat of multiple lines by clicking lower line margin.
so, the process looks like:
1. user selects multiple lines (or full list)
2. user double clicks on the lower margin of ANY line in the selected range.
3. lines in the selected range change their height according to the size of text in the cell with maximum amount of text.

There is no intuitive way to enable a non-printable visual border that represents the physical limits of the paper.
The issue: When preparing documents for physical printing, there is no "Text boundaries" or "Print area" guide to ensure content stays within safe margins. Make it so stationery can be used when writing documents and emails.
As when using templates, make it possible to use artistic stationery when communicating via email. It would provide a background or border on the screen on which the message is typed. The message field could have a background, and the border could be one or more edges.

I need an option to protect some parts of the text in files from editing. Like I share a document with people and this text have parts that can be viewed only but not edited. Something like microsoft has... Thanks.
