  1. There should be a way to save a slide as a large hi-def image (or matching size of the slide). Saving all slides as a folder of low def 720p images is unnecessarily resource consuming and doesn't achieve the goal, esp. if you use the app for image compositing.

  2. Dear OnlyOffice Team,

I am writing to request the inclusion of a Data Form dialog feature in OnlyOffice, similar to what is available in LibreOffice Calc and Excel Desktop. This tool is extremely useful for quick and structured data entry, especially when working with wide tables.
Adding this feature would greatly improve efficiency for users who rely on OnlyOffice for data management and would make the software more competitive with other office suites.

Thank you for considering this request.
    Sincerely,
    Sk Reyaz Amin

  3. As an editorial secretary, review mode is essential for showing my editors the corrections I make to their articles. However, it is clearly not visible enough here, unlike other equivalent solutions where deletions appear in red, additions in blue and formatting changes in green, and where each change is summarised in a column on the right. The interface here is much less clear. Often, corrections are not seen because the purple colour blends in with the text and because the bubbles that indicate them cannot be displayed in a list on the side for better visibility. This is really annoying.…

  5. I have long comments on many words and reading them from a monitor is quite difficult because their text size is small. Please add option to increase size of text in comments.

  7. Software like powerpoint, illustrator, etc allow you to move objects forward and backward between layers. Presently, both use ctrl+[ for backwards and ctrl+] for forwards. Holding shift modifies them to move all the way backwards ( ctrl+{ ) and all the way to the foreground ( ctrl+} ). The functionality already exists via the right click context menu under the arrange option, so I'd imagine it would not be challenging to implement. It would make life so much easier needing to rely on the dropdown a layer deep in the right click menu every time.

  8. Feature: Auto-Open After Export

    Description:
After saving/exporting a document as PDF, automatically open the file with the default PDF viewer. This would provide immediate confirmation that the export was successful and save users from manually navigating to and opening each exported file.

    Suggested Implementation:

Add a checkbox in the "Save As" dialog labeled "Open after export"

Make it a persistent user preference in Settings

Apply to all export formats (PDF, images, etc.)

    Benefit:
Eliminates the manual step of opening exported files, creating a smoother workflow for users who frequently export documents for sharing or review.

  12. It is very important if the document or sheet has a large size of data on it, especially after you edit some data in the middle of a hundred pages of document or thousands of rows/columns of a sheet. You will want the cursor to be at the last space you closed it last time rather than at the home again.

I saw it in the forum but was persuaded that it was only happened if the sheet had frozen rows/columns, however, almost 90% of files I have been using do have frozen rows/columns, especially those who are working in…

  13. LM Studio offers similar functionality to Ollama for running models locally. The advantage of LM Studio is that macOS users can leverage the MLX architecture to speed up inference, making a significant difference on lighter hardware.

  14. One feature that could be particularly useful for us is the ability to set up a document approval workflow, where different users are assigned roles and documents pass through specific approval stages before final confirmation.

We often deal with scenarios where, for example, a draft contract needs to be reviewed by several team members before being approved by a manager. We manage approvals manually, but a feature allowing us to assign reviewers, define steps, and track approval status would make this process much more efficient and transparent.

Some parts of this might be imitated using forms, but a dedicated approval…

  15. When a DOCX document containing an SVG image (e.g. a vector logo or coat of arms) is exported to PDF, the SVG is rasterized instead of being preserved as a vector object. The result is a blurry, low-quality image in the PDF, especially noticeable when zooming in or printing.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Insert an SVG image into a DOCX document.
    2. Export / Save As PDF.
    3. Open the resulting PDF — the SVG appears pixelated/blurry.

    Expected behavior:
SVG images should be embedded as vector graphics in the PDF output, just as Microsoft Word does.

    Actual behavior:
    SVG is…

  18. There is an issue with the "Wrap Text" functionality where the row height does not dynamically recalculate and shrink when the column width is increased.

    Steps to reproduce:

Enable "Wrap Text" for a cell.

Enter a long string of text that forces the row to expand vertically to fit the content.

Manually increase the width of the column so the text could now fit in fewer lines (or a single line).

    Actual result:
The row height remains stretched, leaving unnecessary empty space. The height only resets to the correct size after double-clicking the cell or manually triggering a recalculation.

    Expected…

  19. Comments in document editors serve two distinct purposes: flagging issues and proposing replacement text. For the second use case, Onlyoffice currently has a gap: proposed text cannot carry the formatting it would need in the actual document - bold, italic, heading style, list structure, and so on.

This forces editors into workarounds: writing formatting instructions in plain text alongside the suggestion, or making tracked changes instead of comments. Both degrade the review workflow.

MS Word supports full font and paragraph formatting in comments. Parity with this behaviour would make Onlyoffice's review tools complete for professional editorial use - a common…

  20. I work with multi-page pdfs (20-50 page files). I need to split each page into its own pdf for payroll purposes. Currently I have to use the print feature and can only do this one page at a time so it is time consuming. Neat Office offers this in their pdf program by selecting the multi-page view. Additionally I would like to be able to name each page uniquely and then select export or save to make so that each page is uniquely named and saved as a separate pdf.
